I went here on an emergency visit. During the days my dog had to stay there, I could not get anyone on the phone to give me a straight answer. He seemed to be passed on from vet to vet. They could not give me a diagnosis, yet sent him home. I had to go back! This time a real young Doctor named Taylor I believe told me that my dog of twelve years was going to need a transfusion and he most likely would not make it through the night! I told her I was not leaving then. She said I was not allowed to stay there all night!!!!!! I loaded my dog up and drove as fast as I could to Salt Lake City UT where they have an excellent emergency center. They told me my dog did not need a transfusion! He was treated for a full week in emergency. He had a huge tumor on his intestine, which Desert Inn Animal Hospital did not find after a couple thousand dollars!!!! They told me my dog would not make it through the night. This is the worst Vet hospital I have ever encountered! If you love your pet, I highly recommend you DO NOT go here for any services.
Pros: None!
Cons: treated rudely, poor vets, horrible, horrible everything!
