Salon Tewl is a wonderful experience. It's a hidden gem that's unpretentious and professional. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable and everyone is friendly. Great Place to get Highlights, Lowlights, & Colors. I've gotten so many compliments on my highlights even after a few months and I need a touch up. The color is done so professionally that when it grows out it still looks really good! I highly recommend Salon Tewl for your hair care needs. more

I LOVE SALON TEWL!! I highly recommend it for color and cut!! I moved here a year ago and I have been to many salons in and around the Seattle area and have not been happy with the results of my hair. Even more disheartening is the high price I had to pay at these salons for something that is not done properly. Then I tried Salon Tewl, I LOVE THEM! Everything is priced very well. The atmosphere is great, very down-to-earth - not stuck up like other salons, and more importantly I now have the best color and cut I've ever had. I have people asking me all the time where I get my hair done. Trust me, you can't go wrong here. I personally go to Marta, she is absolutely fabulous. She is great at cutting and styling my hair. Marta is also a wonderful and fast colorist, I walk in and tell her to do whatever she wants, and I love the results every time. They say a good sign of a colorist is one that can do a great job fast b/c of experience, well she has it!! Pros: Best in color and cut, parking is great, very relaxing nice automosphere more

I'm am expecting my 2nd child, being pregnant is not easy, but I still deserve to look great, so I was looking for a place to relax and get pampered, Thanks God I found salon Tewl, after a great color, haircut and pedicures I forgot about back pain, and swollen feet, I can say with a confidence for the first time in many months I Looked Beautiful, and I Felt Great!!, THANK YOU SALONE TEWL, looking forward to my next visit more

Salon Tewl is by far the best salon I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, professional and willing to do whatever it takes to make your salon experience wonderful. I have never been disappointed with any of the services I've used, and would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone I know. The salon offers several services from cuts, color, nails, and waxing. I visited SalonTewl on a whim, and had my hair done by Dawn. HOW GREAT AN EXPERIENCE! I've been to probably 30 Seattle-area salons and stylists, and this is my NEW FAVORITE!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair. WOW is all I can say. Very creative, but still exactly what I requested. I am happy I found salon TEWL on the City Search and had a great experience from the moment when I booked my appointment and received my spa manicure and pedicure with Natalia. Melissa at the front desk was so accomodating in sceduling and checking the availability for the future appointments for me and my bridesmaids. When I go to the salon, I always look forward in going back. The people are wonderful! I always feel so beautiful when I leave and my hair feels so good. Recently I went and saw Natalia. Best Hour and a half 5/24/2006

The whole experience at Salon Tewl is just nice and easy. Parking is easy, being greated by the front desk is easy, the stylist are all happy, everything is top notch. I was treated to a special french curl to see what it might look like- it was amazing and just nice to be around people that truely enjoy what they do! SALON TEWL IS JUST AMAZING. I HAD COME IN THINKING I HAD AN APPOINTMENT ONE EVENING... BUT I ACUTALLY WROTE DOWN THE WRONG DATE AND HAD AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK LATER!!.....I WAS SOOOO UPSET BECAUSE I WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN.... IT WAS TRUELY AMAZING, THE RECEPTIONIST DID EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO FIND SOMEONE, CONSIDERING IT WAS SO LATE STYLIST WERE FINISHING THEIR NIGHT..... MARTA TOOK ME IN AND TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY AND THAT SHE DOES NOT MIND TO STAY LATE!!! AND EVERYONE THERE WAS SOO NICE, AND FRIENDLY...THE ATMOSPHERE IS TRUELY GREAT..... MARTA CUT MY HAIR AND REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER STYLIST TO DO MY HIGHLIGHTS.. WHO ALSO STAYED LATE...... SO KNOWLEDGABLE AND MY HAIR LOOKED ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Salon TEWL is a hidden treasure 5/17/2006

All of the staff at Salon TEWL are open and friendly - no attitude or snobbery at all. Even though the salon has a big open area with lots of stations, it still feels intimate and relaxed. Nice relaxing music is always playing and my water glass was never empty:) I've referred so many people to this salon - and turned many a friend into loyal customers. a little unorganized 5/17/2006

i read that review about the chaos and thats unfortunate because i read great reviews about this place. but have to say that when i called in to make an appointment, because i was going to a party, the girl on the phone had no idea what she was talkin about. she told me something like that the stylists all had different schedules and wanted to take my number so that she could call me back. well, whoever is was i would going to see just lost busines. firstly, im staying at a hotel since im not from the north and secondly, i should have been able to make an appointment right then in here. having to give out my number so that i can make an appointment is backward and a waste of my time. if there are 3 receptionists, why couldn't one of them have helped me out? I am not one for going to a salon to get a hair cut but figured what the heck. Walking into the salon I was greeted by friendly professional recptionists making me feel very comfortable and taken care of. There was great music playing and a possitive vibe from every stylists working. There were about 13 stylists and evey one was busy working away and carrying on like they have known their client for years. I thought that my visit to Salon Tewl was great and I have already made an appointment to go back. I even referred my girlfriend to go. Pros: positive atmosphere, clean, plifting more
