These guys are life savers. i had 30 minutes to get to the airport from venice i called they were here in a beautiful black camry in 10 minutes and i made it to my flight on time. flat rate (no shady cab rate) and the dispatchers spoke so clearly and reassured me that they would be on time and made this a real awesome expreience. i would recommened this service to anyone trying to go in style. these guys are truly on point. Ive been using them for rides to school and have a personal account with them so I don't even have to worry about payment when I'm in the car. Always picked up on time and feel great in the back of a clean black hybrid or town car! more

Great service 7/23/2011

I just starting using this company to take me places where I know parking will be a hassle. They're eco-friendly, which is awesome, but even better, their prices are great. I love their cars, and it's so much nicer just paying a reasonable price (sometimes the same as it would cost to park) to sit back and relax! more

I felt VIP last night 3/5/2011

I called this company for the first time last night to get a ride from Santa Monica to Hollywood. they gave me a good flat rate and sent me a nice new black hybrid car (Camry). I called them back at 2 am to get a ride back from Hollywood and the driver was there in 5 minutes. This is the best service I have received so far ! more

Green And Cost-Efficient Taxi Company. 2/27/2010

Green taxi is one of the few companies actually in Santa Monica that uses fuel-efficient vehicles running on green energy. I love the fact that they use alternative fuel vehicles and pass the savings back to their customers. Many companies in Santa Monica such as taxi taxi started to Switch their fleet to green vehicles saving significantly on gas but without any discounts to their clientele. I feel strongly that if a company takes measures to significantly reduce its costs then the customer should become one of the beneficiaries. Also now with green taxi, you can place orders online as well as receive promotional coupons on sms, which avoids paper waste. Pros: Eco-friendliness and Cost Effinciency Cons: The whole Industry Is Not Like Them Yet! more

Reliable and dependable Cab Service 2/19/2010

Ordered a taxi on a wednesday night to be picked up from a difficult location to find in Santa Monica canyon. The Dispatcher was polite and took my information quickly and gave me an estimate time. The cab arrived promptly and the driver was polite. I was impressed with how well they responded and was happy with their services. Reliable and friendly driver 1/5/2010

With all the unfriendly/rip off experience with cab drivers, I decided to study Citysearch for a better taxi option to go to LAX. I found Green Taxi in Santa Monica. I thought the driver would be late or not showing up as he was coming from Santa Monica to Los Feliz - I was wrong. Not only the driver was on time, the driver was aware of the traffic, friendly and took the fastest and cheapest way to get to the LAX. I called the service to give me a lift from my apartment in santa monica to LAX. They were very prompt and great with customer service. The guy driving the taxi was a lot of fun and waited for me to check my bags. Overall a great experience. very pleased. Will use service again. Pros: green taxis Cons: no cons more
