Sandra Jean Uniform Shop

Sandra Jeans have extremely poor management and poor services from their lower employees as well. I called twice to find directions and informed them that I was not from around the Dothan area, while they gave me directions they informed me of their closing time, multiple times. I arrived at Sandra Jeans at 5:31, and they REFUSED to let me in! The woman at the door was blocking it, and when I knocked on the door she said to me "watchu want?!" What do you think I wanted lady? Anyways they always look like they hate their life while they are at work, and they close way to early during weekdays. (5:30) So i went on the weekend...and I still didn't make it in because they close at 1:00 on the weekend. Do not recommend this place at all. Scrubs 101 was so nice, and offered to have me come back after closing time to search for what I needed. Thats how you run a good business! more

While they have the largest selection of women's scrubs, (especially cute patterned ones' and a WIDE selection of white scrubs) their service leaves alot to be desired. Their staff always has a bad attitude and looks like they can't wait to leave. They can also be rude about how scrubs fit on you if you happen to walk out of the dressing room to find the person you came with and the staff sees you. They also have horrible hours, often closing early during the week and weekends. Unfortuanately, they have a corner on the market since Wallace's nursing program almost pushes you thru their doors to get your uniforms and patches. They never explain you can get the same stuff cheaper at Scrubs 101. anyways, they have a corner on the market and the largest selection of scrubs, so they feel they can treat customers like crap. more

I have used SANDRA JEAN for many years! They are ALWAYS consistent, as well as very knowledgeable! If they do not have what I need in stock, it has never taken more than a week for them to have it to me, embroidered, and altered to my specifications! I have not had to tell them what I want done to my uniforms since the first time I ordered one, they automatically know what I want when I place my order! I have not been as pleased, or even satisfied with other local shops! In my opinion SANDRA JEAN"s best quality is that they are very personal with their guest. They have the largest selection of any uniform shop I have used, and because I travel it is very convient that they have locations in the two states that i frequent. They don't just satisfy their customers, but go beyond their expectations! I WILL USE THEM AS LONG AS I AM IN THE MEDICAL FIELD! more

My experience with sandra jean was bad. The customer service was rude and unapproachable. They have a lot of selection for women but only one rack for men. The only reason I went there was because they carried the things i needed for the wallace community college nursing program. On the other hand ,scrubs 101 had a better selection and friendlier service. ( not to mention better prices as well) I don't recommend going there unless you have to which was my case. more

Great if you are a woman. 100 racks or so. Their scrub selection for men is a token gesture at best. Three small round racks TOTAL combined for ALL mens sizes. Horrible. Get with the program. Men are taking over the nursing field. Like it or not... more

This is the best place to buy scrubs if you are in the medical field. They sell both men and women at great prices. They have from plain color to ones with different patterns on them. They also sell little kid scrubs as well. The service there is also excellent. more
