Truly a solid repair shop. Recommended to me by a friend. I needed some major work done on my Engine and Mr. Sanders quoted me a good price. With everybody watching their dollars these days I had to give it a shot. My repairs were done in a timely manner and the price was definitely less than i expected. the other shops quoted me 20-40% more. Its not a big shop and the parking lot was full. ( good sign???) And i needed to make an appointment and plan for not having the car a few days, but it was definitely worth it !!! Thanks Mr. Sanders !!! more

It is plain robbery. I was quoted a figure and then it doubled and tripled at their discretion. Plain and simple robbery. Oh and don't expect them to keep their appointments. more

I had an interaction with only one person in this repair shop and I have to say, I have never met such a rude and completely obnoxious human being in my life. I took my business elsewhere. more

The old man behind the counter is nice to you one day, and will try to rip your head off the next day. I prefer to do my business with predictable and sane human beings. more

I've been dealing with this shop for a long long time. I've had nothing but good service and good work. I find it hard to believe that he was rude or went ""berserk"" and he is by no means an old man. Nor have I ever been able to make an appointment. I will certainly continue using this garage. more

Stay away from this repair shop. The old man behind the counter seems to have multiple personalities. One day he is nice to you, the next day he is trying to rip your head off. He seems to be a little bit unhinged. I feel sorry for him, but i prefer to deal with predictable people. more

This is the worst customer service i have ever seen in years. Stay away from this place and save yourself some headache. more

I personally went in to get an appointment and was told to show up at 8:00 a.m. on a Wednesday. I went in on the given date and time, and the shop was closed. I left a message that was never returned. So I called about two hours later and the person on the other end was exceptionally rude and belligerent. He told me sarcastically that they are now open and I was never given an 8:00 a.m. appointment because they DON'T do that. When I insisted that I did get an 8:00 a.m. appointment, he got even more agitated and I had to end the call. I again went to his shop hoping to jog his memory about the appointment, but no luck. He actually went into this threatening mode and went totally berserk. Maybe it is time for the old man behind the counter to retire, or make sure he gets some kind of medication but he did not act like a sane individual. Also, threatening customers or anybody for that matter especially at his age is kind of ironic. My suggestion is to never ever set foot on this premises, there is an insane individual on the loose. more
