I have gone here for 13 years and when my dog passed away dr mccall or as I call him Dr Kevorkian, was so rude and showed no compassion what so ever. He was going to examine my dog first (we thought it might be time) he spent a couple minutes and then reached in his pocket for the euthanasia shot. He said it would be two shots, he gave her one shot and she was gone. It was a horrible experience on its own but he made it memorably awful. He has always been one of the coldest people I have ever come across in life. He seems confused when he examines your pet, as if he just woke up in a veterinarians office. When we got a new puppy we made an appt with Dr Chupp, who is the ONLY reason we stayed with them for so long, they made a mistake at the front desk and we got Dr Kevorkian who came in, acted like he didn't know us and asked ""where'd ya get this one?"" and was just plain weird. Even still we stayed with them, too busy to find a new vet. Just recently we took in our puppy for a grooming (our minature Schnauzer) and they completly shaved her. We said the usual and for some reason after bringing a schnauzer there for 13 years and getting the traditional schnauzer cut, they shaved her. I Brushed her for months, trying to get her coat nice and healthy, and they shave her, and she had a cut on her private areas, up all night licking herself and trying to ""run away"" from her self, in pain. We are finally getting a new vet, those people are just too weird and don't seem to know what the hell they are doing. Why would I want my pure bread Mini Schnauzer completly shaved? Weird.\r
The only good thing is there is a very nice lady at the front desk and Dr Chupp is wonderful, when our dog was sick she really took care and always called us back and remembered us. REALLY wish she could have been the one to put our baby girl down :(\r
Its just an odd place, with odd people.\r
Only gave an extra star for Dr Chupp, wish she'd go else where.
