Samantha's Towing & Recovery

I am in the process of bringing a lawsuit against this company. They destroyed my driveway while they dragged my car down it. I pleaded with the driver to stop, but he said it was fine. It was not my choice to utilize them, the insurance company did. Both myself and my insurance company have been contacting them for 2 months and no one will reply. This is crazy .....thankfully I video tapped the incident. BEWARE!!!!! more

First of all how do you know this has been going on for two months if i never wrote that this happen two months ago. maybe because you are one of the eight owners that supposeably own this company trying to protect your reputation. Second of all i have press charges against this company and their employee and justice will be served. Also i have been there twice and although they have eight owners none of them are man enough to show there face when i go there. So don't worry the proper measures have been taken and i was just trying to warn other consumers.. Again beware of samanthas towing.. more

I just read the last review and i can't beleive that this guy waited two months to bring this out I have used this company many of times and I never had to worry about my vehicle or any thing that I have left in the vehicle I would recommend them to any one It sounds like this guy was upset about his car not getting to the dealership on time and maybe some one from the dealership took these things out of his vehicle my family knows the owners very well and they would not have any one who steals working for them they take pride in that they do criminal background checks on every applicate also they need these checks for there contracts and also why wait to reveal this negative reveiw please asskicker24 if you have proof that things where stolen go in and talk to the owners but lose your attitude at the door because they will not discuss anything with you I am pretty sure if you have proof that something was stolen and you can id the person they will fire them and also let you contact the police to press charges so be a man and go see the owners more

Gave the tow truck driver a $20.00 tip and he still decided to steal from my car... So the reviews are right this company is nothing but a bunch of thieves they stole something out of my car when they towed it and will not own up to it. I called repeatedly and they don't even care. When i called the company to ask them about it the owner called me a liar and acted like a telephone tough guy. Well i will get my money one way or another. But to anyone considering doing business with this company please look else where unless you like having things stolen out of your car. There website says 20yrs of being in service of towing more like 20 yrs of stealing from people. more
