Salts in Cambridge is heavy on the romantic atmosphere- from the candle lit dining room to the lush feeling draperies, it just seems like the perfect place for a romantic rendez-vous.
The French menu concentrates on excellent preparation techniques using high end ingredients like truffles to accent the excellent recipes. Every dish comes artfully presented by excellent servers. You almost don't want to eat it because it is so lovely- but once you dig in you'll be so happy that you did because the taste is just excellent.
A little pricey, especially for the Central Square area, but this restaurant is worth every penny.
