This salon has great customer service and a very friendly staff. They do great work at a reasonable price. Give them a try!!

As another reviewer wrote, they are all very friendly and welcoming and have been around a long time. The downside is that it doesn't seem as if they update their skills very often or take training sessions. I think they look at current magazines and make their best approximation. A great place for grandma and I THINK they offer senior discounts however overpriced for most services with the stylist's skill levels. more

SOMEONE WROTE THAT THE PRICES WERE CHEAP AROUND 20 DOLLARS FOR CUT WASHED AND STYLE. Thats not true I paid 36 dollars. more

Good Service, Prices are a Little High 7/27/2006

I've been using Salon Techniques since I was born practically, my family lives down the street. I find that it's easy to get an appointment, usually they'll have one open the next day if you're not picky about who's doing your hair (or nails, or eyebrows, etc.). I find that their prices are a little high. No higher than any other salon, but significantly higher than, say for example, Fantastic Sam's. I would suggest for a hair cut asking for Jenny. She does an excellent job, is a very nice girl, and you can get your hair washed, cut, styled, and blown out for I about $20 (don't forget to tip though!) more
