I went to Salon Gitty because of the god reviews I saw here. However, my experience was not as good. I took my daughter there for a straightner. Her hair is very curly and we decided to do it on the rroot only since we did nto want to touch the rest of her hair.. Even though, Ana was very good with us and explained everything to me, she seemed not to have enough expericience on doing this. I bought all the products they recommended to take care of my daughter hair. But, after a week, we found out, her ""roots straightner"" did not work, her roots were all ""puffy"" and we did not see any chance on her hair. I tried to wait to see if it was going to change, but since nothing happened I decided to call them and they said they were going to ""try to do somehting"" but still I have to pay again at least half of the price!!! I got very dissappointed because I thought they should have tried to do something without charging me. They lost me and my daughter as clients. I thought they have customer service there....... but I was wrong
