I ADORE my hair......I want to THANK KIM KUBO, the owner!! She is SUPERB!!!!! I told her how I like to style my hair, and the hair length that's comfortable for me. She actively listened to me, and shared her thoughts on how I can improve on my hair color, as well as my hair cut in order to look modern and stylish. Kim is a straightforward person who is passionate about her work. She shares her expertise and uses her talents to make every woman look her best. She is a truly GIFTED ARTIST who knows exactly what is needed for your type of hair. Her assessment is remarkable!!!! What a TRANSFORMATION!! My hair looks quite stylish and beautiful!! I am thrilled that I stumbled upon this wonderful salon. I'm looking forward to regular visits and services, and a long lasting relationship with this outstanding staff. By the way, while I was there waiting for my hair to be processed, I observed another wonderful hair stylist, Brittany, who took the time to listen to her clients, and deliver on their request. SMOKING CRACK ??? THANK GOD FOR KIM KUBO !!! I MOVED HERE FROM CHICAGO 5 YRS AGO AND UP UNTIL 2 YRS AGO ... I have had my hair BURNT,BROKEN ,BLEACHED ,CRACKED OFF AND DOWN RIGHT GROSS, Now im not talking about going to cheap what you pay for is what you get ,Im talking about Winter Park,Maitland and to many in the area to mention , Who OVER CHARGE AND UNDER DELIVER ! I stumbled apon Salon Enclave accidentley when I was looking for a place to have my 8yr old daughters hair cut . I asked Kim while she was cutting my daughters hair if she could help me as I took off the hat I was hiding behind :( And she said '' OMG YOU MUST NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE YOUR HAIR WILL FALL OUT '' So I waited 8 weeks and I have been 100 percent happy everytime .... OH AND LISTEN TO HER !! SHE KNOWS HER STUFF.... more

After years of doing my own color and going to various stylists who did not 'get' my hair type, I landed at Salon Enclave. Kim Kubo, owner, has that rare talent and vision needed to assess your hair type and give you the cut and/or color that works for you! I have thick straw type hair and Kim transformed my style! The Keratin straightening treatment I had lasted much longer than anticipated. It was simple to do and you can't beat the price! Awesome staff, awesome prices...you will be amazed when you visit Kim and Salon Enclave! more

Love Love Love my hair. I went to Kim the owner she did the best blonde highlights ever. The salon was fun and very upbeat. Everyone greeted me when I came in the salon. I was offered a glass of wine! The prices were not high either a full highlight, cut and blowdry was $153....I have paid a lot more for bad hair in the past! more

Brittany did an amazing job fixing my orange hair. Brittany took the time to explain how she was going to fix it and delivered just what she said she was going to do. My hair is now back to a beautiful chocolate brown. Great Great Place. Will be back! more

I am so glad I gave Salon Enclave a try. I have been looking for a stylist to give me what I wanted. I wanted my hair blonder, but not too blonde. That is just what I got. I called around looking for a salon to get the Brazilian Keratin Smoothing treatment. The staff was very knowledgeable over the phone so I booked my appointment. I LOVE MY HAIR, no frizz, stays smooth and I do not even have to use a flat iron. They got me in and out in about 2 hours. I only paid $149 for the whole service. Everyone one was so nice there. The girls were very helpful.\r \r I will be back and sending in my friends too. more

I went to Salon Enclave recently for the first time and i was more than satisfied witht he outcome. I have been searching for a salon in the area for a while and not been happy with anyone i tried. My cut and color were phenominal and the service was amazing as well. My stylist gave me a thorough consultation and really made sure she understood what i wanted before she started. She made sure i was taken care of the entire time i was there which i appreciated that very much. Salon Enclave is a great place with talented and caring hairstylists. more

I went to salon enclave after reading the good reviews, and left halfway in pain. Kim Kubo was my stylist- I chose her because of the good reviews. She was rude to me from the get go-- just stand offish, bad attitude..she rushed through my hair cut aggressively, despite me saying that I have severe CFS and fibromyalgia...and aggressively grabbed at my head constantly-- she seemed pissed, irritated, etc...when she got done, I couldn't even realyl ask her to do any corrections because that annoyed her more, and she did it in a rush and literally felt like she was almost shoving me out. She was so rude, disrespectful, aggressive, I left with my head in severe pain after the experience. The staff in the end at the desk were rude too and didn't treat me well. This is apparently how they treat new clients? I will never go back, and on top of it all my haircut looks the same as when I went in and nothing different was done. I guess its because I had a coupon so they figure they can abuse customers, mistreat them espcially those with serious illnesses, then give them bad haircuts...worst salon ever and experience...shame on this place... what im the most upset about is that im in pain after this...and my head hurts, and my haircut isnt even good and looks the same as when I first went in...stay away from this place only because they feel they can treat some people like dirt and get away with it more

I went to Salon Enclave through a referral and I was so ecstatic with the service I got right from the moment I walked in the door; the staff was super friendly; more importantly, the stylist took her time to consult with me exactly what I wanted and was able to work it! I have been envolved with Salon Enclave for some time now. My experiences there have been great!!! The staff is very fun and friendly and exherts great energy and positive attitudes all the time. Their knowledge is superb and really know what they are doing! Its hard to trust someone with your image so much as it can cause anxiety but when I visit Salon Enclave I have NO worries and feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Salon Enclave because not only do you get great work in an awesome atmosphere but its also a great value!!!! Will be loyal to them for years to come! I started going to Salon Enclave back in November. They were extremely professional. I wanted a whole new look and the stylist made recommendations. I went with it and It was awsome. I was in Orlando visiting family and I needed my hair done on a whim. I asked my cousin and she referred me to Kim at Salon Enclave. Kim was GREAT! My daughters hair was done by them for her prom. The work was shoddy at best. They blamed us for poor instructions and did not take any responsibility for poor workmanship. We had to take her somewhere else to get it right. The owner does not return calls. The asst.mg.said we could get a refund only to find out from the owner that we would not get a refund and she was yelling at me like I was a bad child. I would be surprised if they stay open for another 90 days. My recommendation is to find a much better experience elsewhere. Cons: Poor ownership. No customer sarisfaction. more
