I get my hair done with Melissa and she does a fantastic job! She is adorable and friendly, as is the entire staff. It is always fun to go in for a cut. The atmosphere is casual and feels like you could sit in there all day and just hang out. Pros: Ambience, Service, Price more

very relaxing. I really enjoy the pampering. I'm always satisififed with andrea's work. I have sent numerous clients and friends, and they have thanked me and are now regular clients of hers. i'm happy to know that when i make a reccomendation , they wont be dissapointed, and they tell me that they have finally found someone that listens to what they say and gives them what they want. I know i can recomand andrea with confidence to anyone. Being a guy Andrea makes me feel confortable in a salon/day spa. It would be tough to find someone better. more

I made an appointment at Salon 7000 after many failed attempts at finding a new hairdresser in Phoenix. I moved here almost two years ago and although I know without a doubt there are many great hairdressers in Phoenix, weeding the bad ones out is a terrible challenge. I read about 70 reviews on Salon 7000 and figured that many people can't be wrong. My stylist was Andrea and she was available as soon as I arrived at the salon. I told her what I wanted the end result to look like and after asking some questions to make sure that we were on the same page she mixed the color and went to work. She told me that she had been licensed only about a year, which usually makes me a bit leary but she worked with an incredible amount of confidence that I felt pretty comfortable. After she washed and dried my hair we could both see that the color was not as distinct as I had desired, but the great thing was that she didn't act like ""oh look, it's exactly what you asked for"", she expressed that there wasn't as much definition as we had hoped for. I've had the color turn out terrible with other hair dressers. They rinse color out and act excited about what they knew wasn't a good thing. I really appreciated Andreas honesty and her offer to add more color if I wanted it. I went back a few days later, Andrea added the color I needed, the end result is beautiful and I have myself a new hairdresser. Andreas confidence is amazing, her cut is the best I've had in years. This is truly the best haircut I have had so far. I have very long and thick hair, it takes a great stylist to cut my hair, and I think I found mine here. Melissa did an excellent job, she is professional, knows what she is doing. She pays attention to very fine details, will help you pick the style that suits you, and all the above, I believe is what encompasses a good hair stylist. And before you leave, she will give you smart tricks for daily styles. I dont think I will ever go to another stylist again, you will feel pampered by the time the haircut is over. I normally do not write reviews but decided to take the plunge after my experience with Salon 7000. First I am very picky on who cuts my hair after past disasters. I had the most wonderful stylist cutting my hair for years and than we moved. It is always hard to find a stylist that I can trust but after trying a few salons my daughter told me of her experience with Melissa at Salon 7000 so I decided to give it a try and they took my husband and myself right in the very same day. I was impressed from the get go with the polite customer service I received and after meeting Melissa felt very comfortable she seemed like a very confident stylist and sincerely friendly not just out for your business kind of attitude like other salons. Melissa is up to date with the trendy haircuts especially with men my husbands haircut is AWESOME and we will continue to make our appointments with her. I just moved here from Texas. I read all the great reviews and decided to setup an appointment. GREAT SALON! The prices were good (way cheaper than Dolce) and the service was outstanding. Christine did awesome on my brows (no pain either!) and Andrea is a great stylist. She listened, made suggestions, and for someone only 1 year out of school, I was thrilled with my cut and style. The employees did not pressure you to buy expensive products and the general mood was friendly and relaxing. I have already scheduled my followup appointment and am looking forward to doing some color work with Salon 7000. I went to Salon 7000 today for a haircut. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but Melissa helped me decide. She did an awesome job! I would recommend her to anyone needing a change! I went to Salon 7000 for the first time a couple of days ago and I was very impressed. The salon is modern, but not stuffy, the staff and stylists were all friendly and courteous and overall environment is clean and upbeat. I was also impressed by Melissa, my stylist on this day, and this was the first time she had cut my hair. I am extremely picky with my haircuts but she knew how to do exactly what I asked and the end cut was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are shopping around for a salon. more

I drove by Salon 7000 and stopped and decided to check out their services and prices. I went into the salon and was immediately impressed by the decor and the cold water they had for their customers. I asked the receptionist about the prices and she handed me a brochure and as I was looking at the brochure, the manager, Monica(I believe her name is) offered to help me determine exactly what service I was looking for and needed. At other salons, they had told me that I would need corrective coloring to make my hair the way I wanted it to be, but she sat me down at her station and took a look at my hair, asked me a few questions and told me that I would definately not need corrective coloring and that she could set me up with a hair stylist that would be able to help me. She was so helpful so I automatically agreed and made an appointment with Melissa. I came back for my appointment with Melissa still nervous about the way my hair would turn out, but she was so understanding and even when I was bad at describing exactly what I was looking for she was very patient and made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted before we started. She took her time on my hair and was very nice. At the end of the process..I have finally achieved the haircolor that I was looking for after 3 years of going from hair stylilst to hair stylist!:) And my hair is much healthier already! She also did a fantastic job on my hair cut. I was so impressed that I also wanted to get my eyebrows done as well, so I scheduled an appointment with Christine who also did a great job with my eyebrows. Overall, I was very impressed with this salon and know that I will be going back soon. I am a world Class dj and I only trust the people @ Salon 7000. Christine(aesthetistian) knows how to shape my brows and rarely leaves any red splotching like some other ""Salons"" Do. Also Ray(the Male from Ny) really knows how to make a haircut fun is a very talented hairstylist and would trust him after just one visit. I have had my hair colored, cut, keratin treatment and have loved EVERY SINGLE service from this salon. Frank is my one and only stylist I will ever go to. He is so talented and has an artistic eye. He even gave me some of his fresh tuna with lemon and pepper when my tummy was growling! What great hospitality! Ok so back to my hair... In May I went to Paris and he did my color and then the keratin treatment two weeks later. WOW I received compliments left and right about how great my hair looked. I couldn't have asked for better looking hair for my professional photos in France. I know everyone has their certain stylists they like to go to but try Frank first, I bet you he will be the last :) One more thing, I did not get anything free or discount for writing this review so to all the people saying the good reviews aren't real, keep your negativity and your bitterness to yourself. Allow people to post their truthful, positive reviews and take your rude comments elsewhere. This place deserves the best customers, so if you are impossible to please, cut your own hair!!! I just came back from Salon 7000 and I am just glowing!! As soon as I walked in the door for my appointment I was greeted with a smile, and the atmosphere was very friendly, and inviting. There is beautiful artwork on the walls from local artists. The place gives off positive vibes! Marcy was my stylist today and all I can say is that she made my hair look great!! Another customer was having her hair colored while mine was being cut and asked for my haircut because she liked it so much. Marcy listened to me and gave advice as to what cut would work for my less than perfect head of hair. She was really accomodating and super sweet. I walked out of Salon 7000 with confidence that I haven't had for some time. If you are looking to have your hair done and want to be given the VIP treatment, look no further than Salon 7000. I have been coming here for 3 or 4 years now and love it. Monica, who is the owner, is awesome, she is always willing to fit you into her, or anyone elses, tight schedule. All of the other employees are great, they treat you with alot of respect. I also get my eyebrows tinted every couple of months and Christine does a fantastic job. Even if Monica is not available I always have great confidence in whatever stylist is cutting my hair that day. Andrea is a great stylist. She worked me with me to achieve the best cut and color service, that I have had in a long time. Andrea even created an easy to insert set of hair extension for me. I can now even change my look with extensions, without having to keep them in for a long period of time. Andrea is very pleasant and takes the time necessary to do a great job. Christine is amazing. She was on time and ready for my appointment. Her facial was so relaxing and the neck and shoulder massage was rejuvenating. My skin looks fresh, clear and very moisturized. She is extremely knowledgeable and recommended great products for me. I also got my brows both waxed and tinted and I have to say that they have never looked better. I just had the most incredable experience. Marcy did a fabulous job on my hair. Marcy made my time spent at Salon 7000 a pure pleasure. She is warm and personable as well as an excellent stylist and when she was done I could not believe the hair on my head was mine. I looked like a model from a hair magazine. From Marcy I went to Cristine and had my eyebrows waxed and highlighted. They look incredable. She did a fabulous job. I highly recommend that you go to Salon 7000. I needed a place to go to and I was a bit nervous since I've gone to the same stylist for something like 10+ years. I searched the reviews in City Search and noticed Salon 7000 didn't have any bad ones. Well, they certainly lived up to that good reputation. I LOVED the color and the cut. Andrea did a great job. And, everything was done on time and at a good pace. That may sound odd to say, but some places you have to wait for your appointment and then the stylist can be very slow.
