I grew up in the Southwest and have eaten at many Mexican and New Mexican restaurants. I haven't found any as good as Sadie's. Albuquerque has many good to great restaurants, but Sadie's is definitely my favorite. The carne adovada is great in all of it's forms--plain, enchilada or stuffed sopapilla. I've had many of the other dishes, as well, and they've all been very flavorful. The portions are huge. I have always had good, attentive service there, even when the place is packed, which is usually. It is noisy, so don't go there for a quiet romantic getaway.
Pros: Taste, service, festive atmosphere
Cons: Noise
