No question asked from our household has ever gone unanswered â?? every question returned an immediate personal response! Our oldest daughter is an avid collector of Breyer horses and she has never been disappointed with an order or the staff. I am truly delighted that such a business exists in our automated society because I do like the human interaction at the other end of the phone or email.
