The package arrived damaged 11/14/2008

The package arrived damaged. Which can happen but the product box itself was also damaged. This was to be a gift so I am trying to decided what to do. There did not appear to be enough "padding" between the product and exterior packaging. The time from ordering to delivery was great. more

The items were priced lower than any other site (including discount stores) and had free shipping. Everything arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Golden Oaks communicated the status on my order every step of the way. This was a very good experience. more

The package arrived as scheduled. Unfortunatly, the plastic package that held the horse (the horse was fine)was damaged in shipment. It is a gift so we will have to be creative somehow to make it work. more
