Don't go there! 12/19/2007

Had a problem with the kitchen floor that they installed. We had a HUGE lifting seam from day one. They came back once and whatever they did did not solve the problem. I went back and asked someone to look at it again. They made an appointment to come and look at it and never showed up. 2 weeks went by without a phone call or anything. I went there again and asked them to come and look at it. They made another appointment. I'm waiting for them to show up now. I need another floor for my finished basement. I would NOT use them again. more

Enduring quality 12/4/2007

My first experience with S & M Carpet was in 1989. I've had wall to wall over a room on a slab, a stair and hall runner, a 12' x 15' area rug (instead of wall to wall) for a bedroom, and vinyl flooring in my foyer and kitchen. In every case they had a wide selection of styles and materials, I received excellent advice without any pressure, excellent service, and enduring quality. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again for my flooring needs. more

highly recommend 8/14/2006

I originally found S&M Carpet when I was price matching for a Pergo floor. Their price was the lowest, so I went with them. I installed the Pergo myself. I had carpet installed by another company and it was horrible, so I called S&M since I had a previous relationship with them. They came and fixed the carpet install and it is excellent. I have used them several times now and every time they do an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. more

Fast but not Great 9/30/2005

We had some indoor outdoor carpet installed by this company and they did an ok job. The carpet was put down in a timely manner but we had to call them back two times to have them fix imperfections. PROS: fast CONS: not accurate more
