He didn't bring all of his cleaning supplies. The light fixtures in the bathrooms didn't get cleaned. The sink was still looking dirty. The kitchen floor and walls were still gros...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I WASTED A WHOLE DAY ON THEM.. NEVER EVEN CALLED OR PICKED UP THEIR PHONE WHEN I CALLED... Not even worth your time 11/19/2011

He didn't bring all of his cleaning supplies. The light fixtures in the bathrooms didn't get cleaned. The sink was still looking dirty. The kitchen floor and walls were still gross. Overall my kids could have done a better job.. I would not recommend them to anyone. more

I appreciate the fact that the real reviewers are making sure their voice is heard amongst all the fake reviews. I was considering using them until I read the negative reviews. so thank you very much for sparing me. They are so totally obvious; all 5 star on the same day, or with in days of each other, countering the bad review. I have been duped a couple of times due to incentives to give good reviews even for bad work. I refuse to give a good review for shabby work for a coupon & shame on the people who do. That just goes to show your lack of intergrity and concern for your fellow man/woman. I wonder how many ""great reviews"" will show up after I post this... more

Best Company I Ever Used! 1/2/2010

I called a few other companies on City Search and found their prices were way to high. I ended up talking to Kim at Miracle Cleaning and she said she would beat the other prices in town (which she did). They came out and cleaned our home for Christmas first and then sent carpet cleaners out to do the carpet later that day. My house looked brand new when they were done. Great cleaning company & good prices. 10/16/2009

Kim came over this morning (right on time) and cleaned our carpet. We had some very bad areas where the kids had spilled juice and the pets had used the bathroom. Kim managed to get all the spots up and the smell is gone from my sons room. The carpet looks brand new and now we don't have to worry about spending a ton of money to replace it! Thanks so much Kim for the awesome job you did today!! Pros: Awesome job on cleaning, on time Cons: Prices a little higher than steam cleaning more

Removed all of our red clay stains! 10/16/2009

My kids tracked in some red clay from the construction site next door. My carpets had the red clay from the living room all the way up the stairs and into the hall and kids rooms. I tried for two days to remove it with all types of cleaners. I could not get it to come out and I think I actually made it much worse. So I found Miracle Cleaning on City Search and gave them a call, they not only told me they could remove the red clay they guaranteed it. They came out and spent about 3 hours working on the stains and got every single one out, they saved me having to buy new carpet. Great company and service! Pros: Stains did NOT come back more

Made my carpets look new again 10/16/2009

I called Miracle Cleaning and spoke with Kim about our problem areas and told her we were offering our home for sale. She talked to me about their process and sent Ron out to do the cleaning the following day. Ron spent about an hour at the house and got all our problem areas clean & left me some extra cleaner, gift cards and some business cards before he left. Kim called me the following day to make sure I was happy and we scheduled to have them clean our new house as well. Thanks for the awesome service. Pros: Great smell, dry, quick! more

UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS 10/13/2009

This place must be run by the biggest losers in town. I called and scheduled an appt to have my carpets clean. They did not show up... at all nor did I recieve a phone call. What I did get was an email the beginning of the next week saying they had car trouble. They also stated that they tried to call my number but could not get through on the day they were scheduled to clean. They said it was an 910 area code. I am a 919 area code. Knowing this was not the case I looked back on all the emails and all of them state my correct information. After recieving several petty emails from the owner's and their family members not so much apoligizing but making excuses I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND I SUGGEST YOU TAKE MY WORD ON IT. Otherwise you will have their super classy family (all of them) emailing you about their opinion on the matter, when the fact is they are unreliable Pros: NO PROS!!!!!! Cons: UNRELIABLE, more

Removed our urine stains 10/10/2009

We called Miracle Carpet Cleaning out to remove heavy pee stains from our large dogs. Ronnie came out and cleaned our carpet and removed all the stains. We had another guy named Jiro work on the carpet repair and he did an awesome job. Thanks for the service! Pros: Great company, low prices more

Outstanding Service! 11/6/2008

We have just moved into a home in Raleigh and the carpets were a real mess. We thoughts we would have to replace them since there were so many stains. We were amazed by how many of the stains came out - just about all of them - and how clean the carpets were once the service was completed! Just outstanding!!
