Let me start by saying S Factor has changed my life on many levels. After my first intro class nearly three years ago, I threw out my scale and have never weighed myself since. That's big for me. My Mom was a model in her twenties and I was a ballerina turned lightweight crewer who was obsessed with weight for my whole life.\r

But it's become something so much more than how I feel in my own skin. It's also helped me to feel good in my own (very female) brain. Guess what, world? I DO have hormones, I DO have the capacity to feel more than one emotion at once, and I DO sometimes feel like I am the only sane person on earth. Since coming to S Factor I've found an outlet to let out whatever emotions (glee, exasperation, frustration, sadness, silliness and more) I've been holding inside myself all week. It's cathartic!\r

Is it a big expenditure? Yes, but well worth the $8 or so that it breaks down to per day. That's a heck of a lot cheaper than a therapist and a lot more effective than eating a pint of Ben and Jerry's when I'm feeling down.\r

Don't believe me? Check out the website and listen to the testimonials. As an S girl, all of them give me the chills. This is seriously powerful stuff that made me realize my own power--on and off the pole. ;0)
Pros: Amazing for self confidence
Cons: It can be scary getting over the stigma
