Russell Jones Electric will tack on additional “unforeseen” charges which they will not inform you about while they are at the job site. They chose to call us the next day after all the work was complete demanding more money. My husband and I were not happy about this issue so we tried to dispute the charges. That’s when they threatened to put a lien on our house over $138.00!! We were outraged!!\r

I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your electrical needs after experiencing how they treat their customers!!\r
