If your car is Black you will have to wash it again. If it's a Viper they can't do it. If it's a Rolls Royce they will take stuff out of it.\r \r \r

AMAZING CAR WASH! LOVE THE NEW MANAGEMENT 7/19/2011

Went in for a hand wash, and came out with a full detail. They made my baby look like the day it rolled off the lot. I didn't have time for an oil change, but bought a gift card and got a free wash out of it! I used the gift card today, and ended up getting a great deal on a synthetic oil change. Love that it's a one stop shop. Huge fan of Russell Fischer Washes. more

Don't take a nice car there 1/12/2011

If your car is Black you will have to wash it again. If it's a Viper they can't do it. If it's a Rolls Royce they will take stuff out of it.\r \r \r more

Waste of Money 3/12/2010

After having my truck washed, I had to take it home and rewash it. For years, I have taken my cars to SCCW for all oil changes and washes (including detailing). I pay top dollar and, as the economy gets worse, so do the quality of the services. Add missing items from the vehicle and poor custmer service, and you have the worst value in San Clemente. I have yet to see a good review about this business. I have recommended this business for years, and now I will insist that people not patronize this business. Cons: Substandard Wash more

Waste of Money 3/11/2010

After having my truck washed, I had to take it home and rewash it. For years, I have taken my cars to SCCW for all oil changes and washes (including detailing). I pay top dollar and, as the economy gets worse, so do the quality of the services. Add missing items from the vehicle and poor custmer service, and you have the worst value in San Clemente. No Safety Concerns Whatsoever 11/22/2009

I own a 2005 Toyota Prius on which there has been a Safety Recall Campaign for potential floor mat interference with the accelerator pedal. Within hours of my car wash here, the accelerator pedal stuck as I merged onto the freeway. This occured because the mat had not been properly re-positioned after cleaning at the car wash. Luckily I was able to control my vehicle, pull back into the merge lane and remove the mat from the accelertor pedal.\r I have left messages on the voice mail at the car wash for either Eddie or Leo to return my call. All I want to do is to alert them to the problem and perhaps save a life in doing so. I in no way am blaming them because I should have either removed the mat or checked it before going further. I just want them to be careful about this in the future - but I can't seem to get them to return a call! more

I went to get my car detailed only to receive a very poor car wash probably valued at $40 opposed to the $179 I paid. The console was dirty and personal items were missing from my car. I called numerous times, but did not receive a phone call back. Cons: EVERYTHING more

Avoid the San Clemente Car Wash like it was the Plague. 8/29/2008

Don't ever go to this car wash!!! The workers not only rifled through my husband""s glove compartment and arm rest console but damaged my rear view mirror and they will not do anything about it. Don't try to call them because they do not answer the phone (puts into voice mail) and the girl that did answer the phone one time said, ""Oh, we don't listen to our voice mail"". We will be filing a smail claims report. The owner Ed Sanchez is very arguementative on the phone. Since I was a preferred club member because of The Toll Roads promotion, I have also notified them. Please same yourself aggrivation and avoid this place like the plague. more
