I got what I came for and I am happy! more

We recently purchased a Prius III on March 29. We worked with Nick and Tony on the sales floor and Brian for the finance part. First visit we worked with Nick and he was extremely friendly and have us some great options on what to look for from model to model. We had to come back the following day because we were there just past closing hours, but had no problem doing so. Nick was not available to work with us so he recommended we work with Tony. Tony was antastic. It was pouring down rain when we came in, but Tony ran all over the lot lookin for the right model Prius for us. He and Nick were both extremely friendly and helpful. One of the finance guys was extremely rude to us the night we went in when Nick was helping us and had it not been for Nick being so courteous, helpful and apologetic on his finance managers behalf we would not have returned. Anyway, we returned the following morning and were able to have all of our financial questions met and explained to us by Brian and closed a deal early Saturday morning. Brian was able to provide us with every answer we were looking for and made it very easy to get to the number we were looking to get to. Overall...Nick, Tony, and Brian were very respectful of our decisions and we will definitely be back in the future for another car solely because of them. more

Even if you are dropping your car off for a whole day, make an appointment. I waited about twenty minutes just to be acknowledged by a service rep. Once I got through that it was a nice process, the shuttle driver was wonderful and the service rep was also very helpful. more
