Not only did he help me get into a brand new 4Runner but after working all morning on me he still left his office and took my other car home for me, that?s real customer service. Financing was pretty easy and made this purchase simple. I hope these guys are recognized for the strong efforts in pleasing customers. This was the first time I bought a car without my husband since he passed away and they made sure not to pressure me but help me and get me a brand new 2010 Camry for a reasonable price. I have never seen a management team work so hard to help me out and make me feel like the most important customer. It takes a lot for a dealership to really make a good impression on me just because my past experiences have been terrible, but coming here was like a breath of fresh air. Staff is so unbelieavably nice, helpful, and eager to please. Finance really helped me get the price I wanted so I drove off a very happy camper last night! Thanks to everyone at Beaverton Toyota! I just want to say that Mr. Parker was the most professional salesperson I have ever dealt with and Maria, the finance lady, explained all my options and made sure that I protected my investment. All around it was a wonderful car buying experience and I?d give it a rating of AWESEOME! I will definitely refer customers to Beaverton Toyota. My daughter-in-law just turned 16 so we went looking at cars together last weekend. I bought her a Toyota Corolla from Beaverton and got a really excellent deal on it. This is the 4th Toyota product that I have purchased from Beaverton and I have to say I have been impressed every time at the quality of the vehicle, the professional sales staff and at the service department. The team at Beaverton have been very responsive to my concerns and problems that may arise. Overall I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality Toyota vehicle. Service Department Drums Up Business by Lying to You 6/19/2010

When I bought my car from Beaverton Toyota I also bought ""free oil changes"" for as long as I owned the car. So far so good. The car now has over 100,000 miles on it and continues to run fine. I maintain it at another shop. For the past several years, when i take it for its ""free"" oil change, the service advisor inevitably comes to me with a list -- usually totalling $1000 -- of things that are broken, that will soon be broken, that are safety concerns and need replacing -- even brakes, pumps, and belts. The first time they did this I was alarmed at the price and took the car to my very honest mechanic for a second estimate. He shocked me by telling me that everything looked fine -- nothing needed doing. The second time Beaverton did this, I again took it to the shop we use for both our cars -- again, nothing wrong!! It just happened AGAIN and I can only think, how many people is Beaverton Toyota swindling this way?? I would say something to the manager but by now we are almost amused by the game they're playing, although, in fact, it is terribly dishonest and i hope someone nails them for it. AVOID this shop, would be my advice. Pros: Nice waiting area, friendly people -- but unethical Cons: Untrustworthy service department more

On Friday May 21st, 2010, I took my 2004 Toyota Sienna Van for a diagnosis of the driver side sliding door repair. Same day I got a call back that the cost of the repair was $1051.00. After trying to negotiate the price on the phone I clearly agreed and authorized to the $1051.00 repair which was still very high for the door repair. They told me that the engine and the cable were connected and they have to replace both. They promised me my car would be fixed by Monday May 24th 2010. Monday morning I got a phone call and they told me that the car wouldn?t be ready until the next day. Now they have left me without a car for 4 days and no mention of a loaner car and I was left with no transportation. On Tuesday May 25, 2010 when I went to pick up my car I was shocked with a $1521.00 Bill in front of me. When I asked to speak to my representative they said she is off and they tried contacting her and could not get a hold of her any where and she would not be back for another two days. Instead they forced me two a bully man by the name of Steve Schumacher which announced that he was a service manager and he said you either pay or get out and would not even give me any paper work of the car or show me my car. I went to the showroom floor and asked for a store manager or sales manager or the owner Mr. Russell Humberstron and all of the sudden they would refuse to give us any number and told us that they are not available. At this time I am fuming with anger that no one would listen to my complaint and I was given a 1-800 number to call to file a complaint and I did and the answer was that it was filed and I would have to work this out with the dealership. Now I am forced to pay this amount by being bullied since this is the only family car that I have to get around with my kids. In this day and age and the economy that everyone is struggling to make it and survive, this really hurts me to see that you trust your dealership for service and get bitten with this kind of bill. Shame on them. I don?t know at this time if even this complaint would get me any where but I hope you can open your heart and see what kind of beasts are sucking the blood of families who are vulnerable and have to put up with this kind of abuse. When I told them to take their part out of my car they told me that they would charge me for the labor that it took to put it on and to take it out. This would be very close to the price of the repair. I paid and brought my car out on my credit card which I don?t know how to pay for and the owner never called me back and the lady that helped me was never found. Thumbs Up For Beaverton Toyota ! 4/27/2010

I want to thank Beaverton Toyota for great customer service! I was so impressed with them when I went in to buy my Toyota Sienna. It could not have been a better experience. I knew exactly what I wanted, but was afraid I was going to have to wait for it to be ordered or something. I was kind of in a hurry to buy, since my old car was on it?s way to car heaven ?. So I needed a new one fast! When I walked in to Beaverton Toyota, they had the minivan that I wanted right there on the lot. I didn?t have to wait to get what I wanted. I was able to go for a test drive right away and then it was a done deal. As far as the price negotiation....there were no hidden fees or other nightmares....they were true to their word and explained things to me very clearly before we finished the deal. The sales person we used was so helpful to me and made me feel like I was a priority to him. I was somewhat nervous about buying a car in the beginning, but I could not say anything negative about this purchase process. They made it a very good experience! Thanks guys! Decided to go in and I soon as I walked in Mo J. greeted me, very nice guy, he greeted me and didn?t really interrogate me but asked questions about what I really wanted in a truck and what was most important. Great Experience at Beaverton Toyota 2/6/2010

My image of car dealerships has totally changed! I absolutely HATED car dealer ships and car shopping but you can't live without them. My wife wanted a NEW Highlander, so I had no choice but to go to a dealership. I asked around and a couple of my friends recommended Beaverton Toyota near Portland, they said they offer great service and the sales team was really cool, but I wasn't too sure. I checked Beaverton Toyota out and to my surprise I actually felt comfortable talking to the sales lady. I came back the next day with my wife to set up a deal, we made the trade, got the car, and drove off. Better yet I didn't have that sick feeling that I just got screwed, I for once got a great deal! This Highlander is amazing!!! It's great for the family and the gas is fair for this type of vehicle. What's more is my pocket isn't burning from buying a new car! Beaverton Toyota is a great place to go if you're like me and aren't too sure about dealerships, ask for Carrie...she's a really cool person and easy to deal with. Pros: Great Deal more

Bald tires - NO! 4/15/2008

I went to get an oil change with this company. I asked that my tires be rotated. When the car was done they service man said that I needed all new tires, they were totally bald. What he did not know, is that I actually bought those tires from Toyota, they are 6 yr. 100,000 mile tires. I have had them 2 1/2 yrs. I pointed this out. I also asked him how the brakes looked, he said ""fine, they look at them when they rotate your tires"". I looked at the sheet of paper he gave me and they had NOT rotated my tires, or checked the brakes. I brought this to his attention, he then went out side and looked at my brakes with a flashlight, and said they were fine. As I was leaving I heard another customer being told his tires were bald. I think this is a scam. Beware. more
