I had my first piercing at Rubins and have had many since. I have always been somewhat conservative when dressing BUT RUBINS has changed the way I look at clothing. It has a Young atmosphere and feeling inside the store. All the employees are friendly and professional at the same time. Rubins makes you want to go out shopping. It doesn't have that stuffy feeling that most large department stores do. They have three stores in the bay area and all of them have the same great feeling and people in them. when we walked in, we had to ask about the belly piercing. they don't really offer you service right away. it was quick, but after we had it done, there was no cleaning of it or conversation of how. for the price though, it was pretty good. Pros: quick and easy Cons: sketchy location more
