rts a good guy.personable and professional without a lot of bs and competition slamming (unlike some others).my roof was rather simple but he noted some slight additional repairs that wer necessary and charged a modest (matl + min labor) adder. roof looks great.he also has the best labor warranty i ran across (15yrs). on top of the typical material warranty. the others just seemed like hacks compared to rt. highly reccommended. more

Offered good options and had good integrity. 10/6/2011

RT Roofing Specialists came out as one of three contractors to bid on fixing a leak in the roof, including determining where it was originally introduced. They came to the same conclusion as the other contractors, and they offered two different solutions, one being less expensive and the other being a little more thorough and including other preventative work. I went ahead and went with the latter, and it turned out that not quite as much work was required as they anticipated, so they reduced the quote accordingly, which I thought was definitely a positive show of integrity on their part. more

Neighbors made an effort to advise me they were impressed with the speed with which the work was performed and I was very happy. The only thing I could complain about was a little slowness in getting the actual permit pulled, which seemed to have been done on the third day. Workers were cooperative to my needs regarding large dogs and were careful not to disturb the neighborhood unnecessarily. more

Long wait for work to start 10/3/2011

We had several dates set up and RT had to cancel because of other jobs. However once they got here, we were very pleased with their work. more

Bad Deck Company 8/5/2011

This Company has no bussiness ethics and do not honor their warranty. We had them install deck coatings on 6 decks and 5 of the have failed and are leaking. They will not respond and we a currently replacing the decks and all water damage at our cost. more

I am well pleased with the job that RT Roofing Specialist did. I called them up after going on the internet. I took several bids but they looked decent. I paid a little more than I expected but they did exactly what we talked about. They're reliable and do a very good job.The men were very friendly and outgoing. I am well pleased. Juan Oquendo more

As good or better than any roofer I've had in the last 30 years. 6/29/2011

There is no questions about the quality of RT Roofing Specialist's work: it's a 5. Robert is very professional. I've had a lot of jobs that Robert has done, and I would say that compared to other roofers that I've used over the last 30 years, he's been as good or better than any I've had, and he's been more reasonable. He listened, and when he finished his work, it was excellent. more
