This dentist was awful!!! Maybe it was just a bad day... maybe she needs some extra money... All I know is I went in as a new patient and left with an estimate for work totally over $1300!!! She was rude, did not understand the questions I was asking, and gave me a short and rude response. This dentist told me I needed TEN fillings, yes that's 10! Upon leaving with my outrageous estimate, I immediately made an appointment to visit a dentist I trust, who kindly informed me today that I HAVE NO CAVITIES and only needed a cleaning!!! Do not go here!!! more

Best dentist, I had the best experience at royalty dental associates, dr. Fariba is amazing and knowledgable, staffs are friendly and very professional. I recommend them highly. more

Worse than having a toothache is the fact that you have to deal with this practice. On my first visit, the dentist tried to sell me an electric toothbrush(for more than what it costs at many retailers). That should have been a red flag for me but some how I continued, on every visit I was always recommended various procedures (surprisingly, none of which were covered by my insurance) it was always a doom-and-gloom scenario. Last month I got a bill from them for something I vividly remember having resisted while offered ( tooth desensitizer) I knew my insurance did not cover it and I courteously declined. As another reviewer has noted the staff keeps changing like weather, so you never deal with the same person twice. Seeking explanations for the charges is deemed rude by the staff. Be wary folks....... and avoid this dentist like plague. !!!!!!!! more

Wow, after two years I am still fighting with these people over fraudulent charges. I am going to report them to the ADA and file fraud charges. They keep billing my insurance company for cleanings and procedures that never took place...I pay cash out of my pocket for all charges that arent covered each time I go in, but there always seems to be new charges popping up. The only reason I have kept going back is because they keep REFUSING to release my records to another dentist or to myself. I have never dealt with a company this underhanded before, and it actually really surprises me that they are still in business. The last time I tried to go in they had scheduled my appointment for a day in which the office was not even open and I did not receive so much as a phone call to tell me about their mistake - nor an apology when I called the emergency after hours number. And every time I get a new statement in the mail and I call there is different management in the office so they can't seem to keep track of what has gone on with my account. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER DENTIST and save yourself a lot of money and headaches.\r more
