Wow, after two years I am still fighting with these people over fraudulent charges. I am going to report them to the ADA and file fraud charges. They keep billing my insurance company for cleanings and procedures that never took place...I pay cash out of my pocket for all charges that arent covered each time I go in, but there always seems to be new charges popping up. The only reason I have kept going back is because they keep REFUSING to release my records to another dentist or to myself. I have never dealt with a company this underhanded before, and it actually really surprises me that they are still in business. The last time I tried to go in they had scheduled my appointment for a day in which the office was not even open and I did not receive so much as a phone call to tell me about their mistake - nor an apology when I called the emergency after hours number. And every time I get a new statement in the mail and I call there is different management in the office so they can't seem to keep track of what has gone on with my account. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER DENTIST and save yourself a lot of money and headaches.\r
