Great Work 1/2/2012

Being new to the area, I took advantage of a coupon that arrived. One of the Best things I did. Great service, they will even come and get the car when I am not home. Getting an apointment is a hump, but when you are dealing with excellent service you bend. Prices seem steep, but when you realize you are not being snowed you understand. I also like the email as a reminder of service. more

They didn't want to throw parts at it until they knew for sure what the problem was. I will always go here to have my car worked on. more

They worked on my car and kept me in the loop the entire time. They were professional every time we talked and explained everything that needed to be explained. They went above and beyond looking the car over to ensure it was going to be a safe car to drive. more

Again, I get the RoyalTreatment 11/16/2011

I heard a strange noise coming from the engine area in my 2006 cadillac. Since Royalty is an authorized cadillac and honda dealer, I had them check it out. Robert took a test drive with me and said he thought it was coming from the engine exhaust, he said he thought it might be the catalytic converter. They determined it was and called the manufacturer and found out it was still under warranty. They suggested I take it to the dealer as they would probably have the part on hand. I did, it was repaired and the warranty covered it. Thanks Royalty, you did it again. more

My go to place for all car needs! 11/8/2011

I really enjoy the relationship I have with Royalty. The mechanics always make me feel important, and use easy words for me. I never get ripped off (I check with my BIL who is also in the biz) and I trust their opinion. Sherwood is a very nice man, and Connie is such a sweetheart! I tell all my friends to go to Royalty and they end up being attached too! more

Excellent 10/29/2011

Sherwood and the crew continues to define what it is to be customer service oriented. Sherwood called to ask me to keep my vehicle to make sure our repairs were done properly. He was not satisfied with an alignment, which he sublet out. Royalty is outstanding. more

Auto Repair 10/26/2011

My experience with Royalty was excellent. Right from the time my husband and I came to the repair shop I was impressed. It seemed to me to be like shops used to be where I grew up. Very friendly, helpful, and the repair was finished as promised. The extra was a nice clean car inside and out. I really appreciate the service as well as the knowledge that was shared regarding our repair. I will definitely be using their service again. Thank you Jacki more

Sherwood always takes great care with our vehicles. I am leaving for Michigan, a 1600 mile trip and he got me ready to go so I won't have any problems. This business is the greatest, I feel safe and not taken for a ride when dealing with Royalty Auto. Thanks to Sherwood and his Staff you are the best. more

It was great having my expo repaired and done right with a very informed staff.From the start we were kept up to date with all the work done and why it was needed,with full explanations of the process. Excellent and Professional Service 10/8/2011

I brought my car from the dealership to Royalty and they fixed it quickly and for a fraction of the cost. The staff was extremely professional and the warranty that they put on their work is better than the dealership was offering, that alone made the experience priceless for me. A company that is confident enough to stand behind the quality of their work to that extent says a lot about them. My husband and I have used Royalty on other occasions with our other vehicle and I have also referred my friends to them because I know that they will get quality service at a reasonable price in an excellent and professional environment. I will continue to take our vehicles there now and in the future and I would refer anyone to them without reservation and for me that is the greatest compliment that I could give any business. more

Infinity QX4 repairs 10/7/2011

My QX4 demonstrated some mechanical issues the origins of which were difficult to identify. Staff technicians stuck with the issues until they were positively identified, and then they thoroughly repaired the root causes rather than short-stop fix the outward symptoms. A complete job. more

Honda Accord Service 9/20/2011

Royalty Auto Service provided excellent service to my 2006 Honda Accord. I was initially reluctant to take my automobile for service to any place other than a Honda dealership (I have always used the Honda dealership in Brunswick, Georgia). But my husband convinced me that Royalty knew what they were doing and would do a great job. He was correct. I am very satisfied with my service and will return to Royalty Auto Service for my next service. more
