Why traveling out of town, I experienced an unusual noise from my front end suspension. I called Sherwood and told him about it. He said to have it checked at an auto center and let him know if it was safe to continue traveling. He said he would stay at his garage after hours until he heard back from me. He gave me his personal cell number. It was safe to continue and we completed our trip. Upon returning, Sherwood found the problem and fixed it. It was a strut needing lubricant. On Tuesday I started my van and the blower motor would not turn off without turning off the motor. I drove directly to Royalty Auto Service. They were able to identify the problem within a few minutes. Since a part had to be ordered, I was given a ride home. At approximately 1 PM the repair was completed and I was able to pick-up my van. Another great experience with Sherwood, Connie and Pam. They have the ability to turn your auto repairs into an enjoyable experience. Not only were their prices in check with others in town they go above an beyond to get you where you need to be. Knowing my father-in-law was stuck at home without a way to pick up his SUV Sherwood's team brought it to him. My father-in-law was shocked. Who does that these days??? Thanks again. Robert's thorough vehicle inspection before an oil change found oil dripping from the crank shaft seal, and oil seeping from the camshaft seal. These areas are not visible as you look from the top down on to the engine. Problem solved within hours preventing a major oil leak in the future. Required Services on my vehicle were completed ahead of schedule. Shifting my service appointment three times to accommodate my business was no problem. Flat repair was offered and performed for another vehicle at my home. Servie Writer's Pam and Connie phoned me with repair updates on my car, an act full service dealerships fail miserably to do for their customers. That is why I have been a customer since 1994. more

I was very please with the service I received from Car Nerdz. I was on a visit to St. Marys, GA when my car broke down on the last day there. I had no idea where I was going to be able to bring my car and get it fixed in a hurry. The people at Car Nerdz were very helpful and made me feel at ease when they told me they would get my car fixed that day because they knew I was traveling. And the part that was broken was a major repair that took several hours and I would not have gotten anyone else to fix the Intake manifold on the same day that I brought it to them. They are amazing people and care about their customers. Plus they are Napa certified and guarantee their parts for 36 months or 36,000 miles and it can be repaired free of charge anywhere in the U.S. if the reapir they did breaks again within that time frame of the warranty. I could not have gotten that anywhere else! I can't thank you enough Sherwood! You are a great person and I can definately see why you come HIGHLY recommended! Thanks again for helping me. Great job, cleaned the car and found a nail in tire and repaired. Did not fill wiper fluid was only negative thing. I would and do recommend this team of professional mechanics to everyone I know. Hunt more
