I have worked here for almost a year and am learning alot. This has been one ofmy best jobs. I have learned about many areas of finance (debits/credits and banking stuff) The people are cool and the hours fit my personal life great. I would recommend.Royal Management to anyone looking for a long term career. Pros: great pay more

LOL DO NOT WORK HERE.....First The owner / BOSS Mr. Gentry houses illigal immigrants whom clean the office for little or no pay.. also take care of his horses on his ranch in the DOMINION and does not pay them anything ......But lets them live in an old house / shack in the back of his so called RANCH.....The receptionist makes more money than the people actually working there....lol Thats a JOKE...And Melissa Gomez sends all workers whom make mistakes like faxing a piece of paper to the wrong store home for atleast 3 to 4 days with NO PAY.....What is that??? They treat you like SHIT and no matter how long you work there and how hard you try you rarely get a raise..There is a lady there that has worked there for 13 years and only makes 13 an hour ....JUST DONT WORK HERE Pros: Nothing Cons: Nothing more

I went for an interview with this company a week or so ago at the home office in San Antonio. I had initially received a call from one gal who transferred me to a guy then he transferred me to a different gal and I was told I would interview with yet another different gal. Yikes! I have never had a interview call that was so unprofessional. It felt like they were trying to impress me with how many people they have or something. That was flag #1 that made me research the company carefully. I researched the company and found several sites, like this one, with complaints. All I can say is wow and thank you to all of you. I talked extensively with my spouse about this place and whether I should even go for an interview because I live pretty far away (40 min). Based on what I read I was very leery, but I decided to go to see the place that generated so many complaints. When I got there the receptionist was rude and she spent a good deal of time talking to other employees about personal stuff. It was a nice building, pretty new, but the cars outside were not the best. I always look at cars to help gauge places because I drive a luxury car. When I did ask the receptionist two questions she was very curt and made me feel like I was wasting her time. The looks I got from other employees when they walked by were a little hostile feeling. The interview gal was nice at first but then she turned downright rude at the end of the interview. I just got the feeling that the employees there really don't care at all and that they think they are the popular/I'm too good for you clique that is still in high school. I am sure the office politics there are very interesting and full of drama. Thank goodness I don't need a job and I do feel sorry for the person they do hire. I was silly to think that I was the only one!!! 5/20/2009

This was the absolute WORST place I ever worked. First of all, I was interviewed by the owner's daughter, which made everything seem alright (she gave a decent pitch), and then once I started. The first thing I did was shred paperwork for 5 hours!!! It went downhill from here. I tried to incorporate values and customer service I had learned at other jobs here and was absolutely appalled that I got reprimanded almost every time I was spending time being ""too courteous."" I felt like I was in some kind of labor camp. I do have to point out that I received absolutely NO TRAINING WHATSOEVER!!! On top of that, being yelled at when the work isn't done how they want - in the most inefficient and ridiculous way possible. I'm so glad to see that there are other people who feel the same way!! I never thought this would ever happen to me but it did. I am a well educated person and I can't believe I walked into something like this. I remember going to interview with this company a red flag should have went up. First I was waiting for more than an hour, then I had to sit again and wait to see the owner. Finally the owner made time this was another hour . I was filling out paper work and I could hear the high pitch voices yelling at each other. I freaked out because I have never had owners, presidents etc., yell like crazy. Anyhow I was told about the insurance I had to take and the pay I was offered was cut. If you are going to offer people something in front of them then you come back with another number, you really must be joking. Well, I took the job because I needed it at the time. But let me tell you this company has lots of skeletons in the closet. The owner speaks to people like he is better than the rest. The Senior VP and EVP are related to each other and take alot of extra BS but then treat there employees like dirt. I am not sure why anyone would really like to work for this company because they you would really regret every stating you would take the job. The COO is the worst he is very sneaky and does lie to keep his job. Several good employees have been fired because he lied to the boss. This environment is not for the good at heart or for people with ethical and moral values. This job is for people who are selfish, have no values and who will put a knife in your back just to get to the top. Most horrible company I have EVER worked for!!!!! 4/17/2009

OMG, I don't even know where to start with this company. First, I will start with the name Royal Management. They call it Royal for a reason these lunatics actually think they are Royalty and everyone else are poor peasants and they treat you like the dirt they walk on. The President of the company yells at everyone like he has zero respect for them, he insults your intelligence and belittles you for simple human error. I had to buy my own supplies because they were so cheap. The benefits were forced upon you and they cost 7 times more than I have ever paid before (and they were horrible). All the office furniture is old and broken it is just a disgusting place to work. If you love yourself at all take my advice you will find something better I promise!!! Working there was like going to the Twilight Zone everyday (or a really bad nightmare). Also, notice there is only 1 good comment about these monsters they SERIOUSLY probably left that review themselves. I am not just some bitter old employee, I am a really good person, that has always been a favorite at my jobs and in all of my college classes. I am very much a people person and I know for a fact the way they treat people is wrong! If you currently work there and you are reading this do something good for yourself and leave, there are many better jobs even with the bad economy. Good Luck. Cons: everything more

Yeah, you are not able to make everyone happy but when you go to the site of ""RIPOFF"" you can read and hear what other employees had to say. \r Someone is not telling you the truth and the way this economy is I am sure that the employee is telling the truth about the Executives and Management. \r Everyone gets there day and they will get their day soon. \r As far as ""MISSENGLISH"" is concerned, I think this person is either just deaf and blind. fantastic company 3/4/2009

I have worked for Royal Management for a year and a half,i found this company to be very loyal, trustworthy and respectful to their employee's,I have worked for some wonderful companys in my time but Royal Management has to be my favorite.My bosses have been great,the training i recieved has been of the highest,i truly believe you are what you are trained to be,the best trained me so which is why i feel i can do my job very well.\r The comments above have dumbfounded me,i have never been spoken to without respect,ALL personal documentation is treated in a confidential manner,ALL faxes are to a secure line,We are not the best for no reason,we strive to be the best company in the finance world,we work hard in all aspect of the job,we follow policys,both company and state,\r OLD saying...you can't please everyone all of the time,just some some of the time,that goes for Royal Management too.\r \r From a very happy employee of Royal Management Pros: GREAT CAREER Cons: YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR REWARDS more

Do a search by the 8002338572 number they call you from and you will see for yourself that all the information given to you is true...this happens in every state they are in.....BEWARE.....AND REMEMBER ITS YOUR CAREER ON THE LINE.....\r If you are expecting a career think twice, the COO is intimidated by your intelligence, and the employees who have been there since high school are even worse, yes they lie to the boss only tell him things on a need to know basis. The employees are treated with no respect, if your one minute late because of traffice or bad weather like ice on the roads you get it marked in your employee profile then after three you get written up. If you call in becasue you are ill, you are asked to come in anyway, they have no sick leave, no PTO, you must give a three day notice if you have an appointment and that does not mean you will get it. The COO is very unprofessional and seems to think the owner is unaware of his behavior, but I not the only employee that is very aware of his behavior. He terminated an employee for no reason, sent the person home and the secretary and him did it while the owner was out of town. The secretary is just as bad, she has done this in the past with other employees. I remember a project that the employer had her work on and she wrote a check the A/P person was questioning the reason why they were writing a check to that person whom was an employee at the time. The owner asked the secretary and she denied the agreement made between her and the employee. Trust is not a good thing at that company and it is management that is failing our company. The owner needs to take some interest with the employees and Listen to them before it is to late. The COO was the person whom told the employees to dump personal documentation in the dumpster and then falted employees on the news. Because we have loans with this company I would suggest that everyone be aware because everyone in that company has access to your personal information. We still use DOS and your personal information is faxed to unsecured fax lines. The COO was not held accountable and should have. All levels of management speak to their employees horrible I think they break laws everyday. Worst Place to work! THE WOMEN TALK TO MUCH YOU HAVE LIKE 5 DIFF. BOSSES. Not to mention the days when you MUST stay late and if you say no then you might as well start looking for another job. The downstairs department is simply Horrid they yell and pressure you so much, just think twice before accepting this job. Pros: You get paid Cons: You will hate it more
