Great technicians 3/22/2012

I remember a neighbor always going on about how she had the best repair company and luckily I remembered them when my oven/stove went out on me a few weeks ago. Theyre so affordable and get the job done--no ifs ans or buts. more

Lifesavers 2/1/2012

The weekend I was having my entire family come to my new place for dinner my oven and stove give out on me! My gf and I were freaking out cuz we had some pretty big plans for what we were going to cook and the microwave would definitely not cut it. Luckily we called royal appliance and they were able to be out to us in no time. Everything was good and my family never knew about our close call. more

Busted washer 1/24/2012

Water and foam were everywhere!!! Thank the heavens for them being able to do same-day service cuz it was quite the mess. Took them a bit to get it exactly right, but once they did it was perfect and havent had an issue with it ever since. more

used them twice now 1/17/2012

and both times have been more than exceptional service. i know what you're thinking--if they were so good why'd you need them twice? well, the first time was when my dryer gave out on me and the second was when my freezer stopped well, freezing. and both times they were on time, worked fast and didn't overcharge. so there. more

The one stop appliance repair company 1/10/2012

You don't have to worry about your appliance giving out on you after the fix it. Like most people, I've gone through my fair share of technicians who ""fix"" my washer. dryer, etc. at a ridiculous price only for it to break down again in a couple more months. I now know a high price does not necessarily equal the best service. They are by far the most affordable in Brooklyn and actually get the job done. more

My bf and I called them when our washer and dryer BOTH gave out on us. We were new to this whole living together thing, and having our own place where stuff could actually break...so when we had to deal with this we were a bit nervous. Thank god they were the first place we called because they were affordable and did a great job! more

i was nervous calling a technician when my fridge gave out on me cuz i'd never had to before and since i know nothing about this kinda thing i was worried theyd overcharge me or something. but royal appliance is a very honest company and they have veryyyy good prices and work fast. more
