Good: I was very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the workers who handled the work on our sewer line. The work was done in a timely manner and the personnel was very accommodating. I never once heard crude or foul language out of any of the personnel.. Bad: I was very happy with the quickness and quality of the work done. No complaints at all.. Improvements: None.. more

Late Sunday after everyone left.... 3/28/2011

Saturday night after all the guess left and the clean up began we had clogged pipes upstairs and downstairs. We decided to work on it all day Sunday. By 7pm we realized that this was beyond what we could do. I called roto-rooter and with in one hour they where at the house. Stephen quickly figured out the problem and was able to fix it. It was so quiet that my kids actually slept through it. Very friendly service. more

Life Saver 1/16/2011

On a Sunday afternoon when our sewer backed up we called Roto-Rooter and they told us they would have someone to our house in an hour. They showed up right on time and went right to work fixing our problem. It is not fun when you have a problem like this but it is great when you get great service. more
