Worst

(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Quick and Efficient service 2/24/2011

We had an emergency come up and caled Roto-Rooter. The plumber was out within an hour and took care of the problem. He showed us what was wrong, gave us an estimate and went right to work. In no time, he fixed the leaky pipes and did it for exactly what the estimate was. No hidden costs. Great to get fast, quality service and a price that does not go up. Great job! more

Great service 2/22/2011

I live in Parma and the service that I received from Steve was excellent. He was prompt and explained what the problem was and why it occured. He also gave me ideas to prevent future problems. The price was reasonable and the repair was completed in a timely fashion. I would definately call again & recommend him to all of my friends. He even wore paper booties so my floor would not get dirty. Never call a handyman again. Hire a pro! more

Best Service in town 2/22/2011

I have to say that I have lived in North Olmsted my whole life and never had such great service than this past week with Roto Rooter. We had a pump issue in the basement that turned into a not only a plumbing job but an electrical job. Our tech Bill 811 was so knowledgable and helpful with everything. His service level was above and beyond the norm. He arrived at 8:00am and didn't leave until he knew things would be ok for the night, which about 8:30pm. He was extremely nice and very easy to talk . Bill explained every step in detail and was just great to have him save us!\r Thank you! more

We moved into our Cleveland home about a year and a half ago. Our bathtub has been fairly stopped up for several months, but we didn't ever get around to calling a plumber Finally it stopped draining completly so I called Roto-Rooter and they had sent Mike (Technician Number 1063) to take a look at it. He was out within a couple hours, took a look at the problem and gave me a free estimate of what it would take to fix it. Mike was really nice and even took the time to help me with a drain plug when he finished. The tub is draining great now.\r more

Quick, efficient service by Roto-Rooter 1/27/2011

Used Roto-Rooter's on line service to make the appointment. Quickly received a confirmation by e-mail and all I had to do was to wait their call. The next morning Roto-Rooter called and asked if Anthony could be sent out to do the job. In a half an hour, Anthony arrived, assessed the job to be done, (toilet was not holding water in the tank), and gave me a reasonable estimate of the job to be done and explained it clearly that I understood it the first time. He replaced the worn-out parts and explained how they became so. I was very satisfied to say the least. Good job, Anthony! more

stellar roto-rooter service 1/18/2011

I moved into this house just 4 months ago. This morning I discovered sewage in my basement shower at 10:20am, Being a handy man myself, I mulled about, assessing what I could do, then got on-line to look for a plumber. I saw good reviews for Roto-Rooter so I called them at 10:45, the scheduler told me there was a truck in my area that could be there within the hour to give me a free estimate, and service if I agreed. Larry arrived at 11:30, snaked the line to the street, showed me the condition of my line with the remote camera, (an additional cost) explained everything to me and was finished by 12:45. A great plumber backed by a solid company. Great Job! I really could not of done better myself. more

Our plumber Keith showed up very promptly on New Years Day. He was professional and courteous and fixed our pipes that needed replaced. Appointment was set for between 9 to 11am. Arrived at 11:10. Very pofessional. Very thorough. Covered in detail of how things would work. Spent three hours. Had his supervisor come over to show on the camera what was causing the problem in the main sewer line after he had cleaned it and what the solutions were. Cleaned up and left the basement area where he had worked spotless. Would consider using them again more

They got someone out to my renatal property right away in Cleveland, actually within a few hours of calling. They cleaned-snaked my sewer drain and educated me on the problem and different solutions for the future. I even got to see the camera through my drain to see the root problems accumulating in the drain. I highly reccomend them as a plumber.\r Chris O\r \r more

Great service by Edward 12/8/2010

I had a blockage in the basement. Edward spend 3 hours running the snake through the pipes. He was very personable, polite and was relentless. He wanted to get the job done so there would be no further problems. If i need service from Roto-Rooter, I would ask for Ed again and would recommend him to anyone needing servcice. more

Our plumber, Anthony, arrived on time. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. This job had to be done on Thanksgiving Day, of all days. He worked very hard to clear our drain of a large and I mean large bunch of tree roots that was causing our problem. He cleaned up after he was finished. And he also gave us some advice. The plumber even called to let us know he was 30 minutes away from getting here. He was very professional and explained things very well while here.
