(Plumber/Cleveland)\r Our basement drain trap needed to be replaced. Technician Phil, #1695 diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He did an excellent job.

Cleveland plumber\r Roto-Rooter arrived quickly, looked at separate problems and provided the information needed to determine next steps. They were able to fix one issue immediately and provide options for another issue that requires significate work and will be scheduled for another time. Roto-Rooter Plumbers date of service Nov. 13, 2010 11/13/2010

Bryan, our master plumber from Roto-Rooter, was prompt in coming, courteous, pleasant, and most efficient as he went about his work. When he finished, he was again, very pleasant, concerned about our having similar troubles again, and most instructive as to how we could prevent ourselves from having this problem (stopped drain) again. He offered us a chemical for treatment that meets environmental standards, chatted a bit more, and was off. I would call him back again for another similar problem in a heart beat. I have had nothing but problems with my sump pump running constantly with down spout issues as well. I called Roto-Rooter and was immediately told that someone would be out within the hour, and they were!!!! I don't know anywhere else you can get that kind of service. I had the pleasure of getting Anthony (#30-2727) to come out who gave me an immediate answer, a new sump pump and a more durable one. He suggested I replace the bad one, and snake out the spouts outside that kept the pump running morning, noon and night. He was knowledgeable and offered an answer to my problem. He was professional and willing to listen to my problem, and give me an answer on the spot. Roto-Rooter in CLEVELAND will be the professional plumbers I call in the future, especially Anthony, he's trustworthy and knows his plumbing! I can sleep with a piece of mind knowing mu pump is now working full capcacity. Thanks Roto-Rooter and Anthony THE PLUMBER!!.. more

We needed a drain snaked from a downspout that was backing up. Bryan #1663 was our technician and he arrived promptly and was very professional. He reviewed the services I had requested, and even called Seven Hills City Hall to verify sewer and sanitation lines. He snaked out the drain and then addressed the inside drains as I requested. He was very thorough and clean, and made sure everything was put back properly. He was careful to work within my budget, as my husband has been unemployed and money has been tight. He advised me of the price before doing any service, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter, they are available 24/7, are professional, and resolve the problem. more

Great work, cost less than expected 11/4/2010

Last night after doing laundry I noticed water coming back up from the drain under the washtub. The drain overflowed. I checked the sink drain to make sure nothing was stuck and it wasn't. I called Roto Rooter and the dispatcher arranged for a truck to come out the next morning. I was not home when the work was done. My husband said the plumbers worked hard and solved the problem. The drains are clear. The plumbers left a receipt, a copy of the guarantee and a suggestions on how to prevent the clog in the future. Roto Rooter has been our go to plumbing company for years. more

Roto Rooter Service - 10/18/2010\r \r Showed up within an hour of me calling, fixed the problem quickly. Their employee was very courteous and respectful and fixed the problem right away. You pay a bit more for their services but can't be the speedy response when you are in a bind! more

I needed a plumber and very quickly! Both sides of our kitchen sink were backing up and I had a kitchen full of dishes! My husband attempted to fix it, but couldn't. Of course, it was a Saturday! We thought we would get charged a ton of money to have someone come out on the weekend and even then, we would be waiting forever. Boy were we wrong! Same rate, any day of the week. And we got 3 phone calls to ""update"" us on the status of the plumber's arrival. I couldn't believe it! When Bryan arrived, he got right to work and stayed until he knew the sink was working. What a great job! Don't call any other plumber, these guys are top-notch! more

Snake and inspect drain tiles 10/15/2010

While having waterproofing done on my basement wall, the waterproofing guy found roots in my draintiles. I called RotoRooter to TV the drain. \r \r After a brief discussion with Al #703 it made sense for me to have all my drains snaked and inspected since I have been in the house for 30+ years and have never had the drains snaked or checked.\r \r Al was friendly, knowledgeable and had he not shown interested upon the initial arival, I may have not used their service. I'm glad I did, and I now have peace of mind that the money I spent on waterproofing will not go to waste as the drains are clean. I looked over their shoulder the entire time and saw for myself the blockage and the results after the jetting.\r \r Also Al was training a new person, and that new person is getting a great person to train him.\r \r Great job! more

New Water Tank Install 10/10/2010

We had a new water heater installed and my wife and I agree that this was the worst experience we ever seen a professional do.\r It took well over 8 hours and the work was below par. I am very disapointed as to the service as well as the courtesy shown by the plumber. When a question was asked - a rude response was given.\r Normally I would have done the work myself. But because of a recent injury, I am was unable to install the new water tank myself. So, I called a professional to help.\r Never again. The tank is inplace and operational but I will have to redo the work and clean up the mess that is the result of this professionals work. Thanks GOD that at least nothing is leaking. No more Roto-Rooter for me. more

Our bathroom drain has always been slow. I have snaked it and had a plumber snake it, but it never really lasts. This time the drain is not going down at all, and I can't get the snake to go through the pipe. \r \r I called Roto-Rooters Plumbers Cleveland. They were very professional and could come the same day, even though I had to have them come the next day. Service was quick and courteous. They even called to let me know when they were running behind. I bought the drain cleaner, hopefully it works as well as they say it does. Love that the work's guaranteed for 6 months, even if it is a little expensive. I'm crossing my fingers that this time it lasts. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-30-10 10/4/2010

Big wet spot in the kitchen ceiling so I goggled Plumber and called the 5 closest ones. One did not answer the phone. Second call was the voice-mail at Bedford City Hall. Third One I left a message - they never called back. Forth, told me between $1,500 and $2000. Fifth was Roto-Rooter with a very professional woman who asked all the right questions, quickly and to the point. Bryan (#1663) was at the house within 2 hours and quoted less than half the other guy. He had the parts in his hand as he walked in and said that he could start as soon as I wanted. Work was on time and he did a nice job cleaning up. I think he even ran our dishwasher! more
