Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8-20-2011 8/21/2011

It was Saturday afternooon and getting ready for dinner with family when we had an emergency with our main water shut off valve. After calling numerous other plumbing companies we finally reached someone at Roto-Rooter in Kansas City. They promissed to have a plumber here within 2 hours. He was here within a hour and a half! He saw the problem and gave us the quote. There were no hidden fees for being an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. The service man was very polite and professional. He was finished with the work within an hour. It was just in time for our dinner! I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has an emergency and doesn't want to ripped off!!! Thank you so much Roto-Rooter! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/22/11 7/23/2011

we had a clogged kitchen since and 2 bathroom sinks that were draining very slow. Called Roto-Rooter in Kansas City, MO and they sent a plumber to our house in less then 2 hours. the plumber cleaned out all the drains and we have had no problems since. I would recommend them hightly! more

Clogged Kitchen Drain 7/13/2011

I've used Roto-Rooter for years & always find the service person to be very cordial & professional. Travis #3470 serviced my drain problems today and was quick, efficient & cleaned up any mess he might have made. I was very pleased with the service. more

I phoned Roto Rooter with a clogged kitchen sink looking for a plumber in the Kansas City area on a Sunday night after a large dinner. The person answering the telephone was very courteous and gave me a two-hour window when someone could come over to take care of my sink problem. Forty-five minutes later, a, uniformed, mild mannered, knowledgeable plumber showed up and took care of the clogged sink problem. He explained to me why my sink became clogged so it wouldn't happen again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! more

Roto-Rooter came to our house and the Plumber arrived 10 minutes quicker than the call told us he would. He looked the situation over and within minutes knew how to resolve our issue. We live in Kansas City and would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone and Phillip was the best and politest technician. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers on 6/6/20141 6/6/2011

Todd the technician of Roto-Rooter was truly a professional when he came to my home to fix my water pressure for my fridge's water/ice dispenser. He had to get a particular part and was back in a jiffy. He was in good spirit despite being in Kansas City's famous traffic jam. I called Roto-Rooter at 8 am and they were able to get Todd out by 9:45 am. Now that is service! I would refer this great company to others. Great job! Amy more

My Roto-rooter plumber showed listened to what . I told him was wrong with my plumbing evaluated the situation a did a very proffessional very job . It was done in a timily manner and when he was done he cleaned up his mess and he was polite. I will recommened Roto-Rooter to any one in the future who has any plumbing problems in Kansas City,Mo or anywhere else. more

Awesome work! Thank you Tony! In less than 20 minutes he had my drains cleared and ready for me to go, and he showed me my line and all the roots that had been backing up my whole house. This had been a two week long flooding nightmare for me that I had tried to fix myself and couldn't. Single mom on a tight budget, I was afraid to call a pro, but a friend suggested y'all and I am glad I called and y'all got to me so quickly. Nightmare over!! more

Roto-Rooter is the best plumber in Kansas City. I called them about a spoon stuck in my garbage disposal. I couldn't believe how fast they got here and how well they did. It's hard to find any service now a days that is fast, friendly, cheap, and great quality but i found all that with Roto-Rooter. more

The best plumbers in Kansas City! One of our toilets was clogged from my children flushing multiple items (ie. army men, apples, and cars). Roto-Rooter was able to get us in the same day and the technicians were very professional and provided tips to avoid future clogs. Thanks again! more

Desperation is Expensive! 4/15/2011

Don't mind paying for the service, but $378 for two hours' work is a lot of $$ - given the times we're living in. $250 would have been much more reasonable and I think fair - given that they did get a Master Plumber out to our house the same day. (Details: a contractor was using a nail gun to attach new base boards in our living room. One of the nails hit the cooper hot water linebelow the floor and water spewed into our new furnace. Main water line was shut off. Called Roto Rooter who had a Master Plumber there in 2 hours. It took awhile to figure out how to repair given the location and how exactly he was going to get to the joint where the nail hit the copper line. Ended up drilling hole in the floor of our vanity in our main bathroom and repairing from there. Very pleased with the service and the work as well as the solution to the problem. Kind of wished I made $189 an hour though! But, we had running water and hot showers. more
