Today I had Jesse, the plumbing expert, come out to our house in the East University neighborhood. In the past we've had the same recurring problems with tree roots in our backyard and our toilet had backed up into our bathtub, creating all sorts of problems. Jesse fixed our problem in a timely, responsible, and helpful manner. He explained and showed me the backup of roots we had in our sewer pipes via camera which gave me the proof to believe his honest claims. At the end of the visit, Jesse offered his expert opinion on how to circumvent future problems. He gave us some plumbing friendly toilet paper and an anti-tree root solution to use on our plumbing. Jesse was very helpful and easy to talk to during the job, he explained the problems in a way that anyone could understand. I would recommend Roto-Rooter Sparks anytime for a helpful interaction and inspection. more

The repairman was great. He explained everything in advance and quoted pricing before starting the job. He even told me Roto-Rooter can replace toilets too! Who knew? I only thought of drains...now I will contact them on all my plumbing needs. Thanks! more

Avoid this company at all costs. They have no pay scale and do not charge by the hour. The cost is set by whatever the tech feels is good for him. Cost me $700 for a small leak under the toilet water line. I could have done it for less than $20 and not have ripped my insulation apart.\r Silver Springs, NV more

I love that Roto-Rooter is available 24hrs a day. Sam helped my family out in the most professional and prompt manner. He was very determined to get the job done right, which I highly appreciate! Nobody likes to have sewage backed up in their home. Especially not when the professionals end up having to snake the main drain all the way down to the city sewer line! I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to Roto-Rooter! more
