Chuck came to our home within an hour of my call on a Saturday afternoon. He was friendly and helpful. He fixed our drain problem very quickly and even let me see what was cloggin...

Chuck came to our home within an hour of my call on a Saturday afternoon. He was friendly and helpful. He fixed our drain problem very quickly and even let me see what was clogging my drain (hair. . .yuck!) It was so nice to have it fixed on that day and for a reasonable price. I am so so satisfied with the serivce that was provided and amazed that is was so quick and right when I needed it! He was very friendly and professional and even waited while I found out for sure that the price was ok for us to pay. I was very pleased!!! more

I was very Happy! 3/13/2012

I was very happy with the service I received. It was a Sunday. The plumber was very experienced and professional. He did the job the same day as my quote. The price was reasonable as well. It was my second estimate/quote and I went with them because of the professionalism from the plumber. He was able to answer my questions and figure out what the problem was right away. I will definately use them again. more

roto-rooter plumbers march 11,2012 3/13/2012

I had a main sewer block and the plumber chuck 9840 came out on sunday and took his time to unblock the problem.I live in hammond and the are location in hammond also. They said their be out today, I surprise they came out on Sunday. Chuck did a super job!!! And the price was good. I will call them again!! more

Hammond Plumber. My mother's 79-year-old house had a leak in the bathroom sink. I called Roto-Rooters and set up an appointment for my day off. Dan F. #443 came out and gave us a quote. It was a great price and he set out to fix the problem. It wasn't easy as the pipe feeding into the wall was the original pipe and was nearly impossible to get to. He did a great job. Since the drain also needed a good cleaning, he also performed that service for a good price. My mother is extremely happy with the results and we will certainly call Roto-Rooter the next time we need services performed....both at her house and at mine! more

We had a problem all week , we called other businesses but they could not make it out today so we called roto-rooter and they were here with in the hour. I wish I would of called them first, they did a great job and we get a six month warrenty. Thank you very Much!! Lucy Boerema 01-14-2011 more
