I went on-line and scheduled an emergency service because my drains had backed up at my residence. I received a call within 20 minutes and Rodney with Roto-Rooter was at my house...

This was the best plumbing experience I have had. The plumber was courteous and friendly. He came out within the hour and did what he promised for the quoted amount. There were no surprises, which was nice. more

I have never had a plumber who was so courteous and NEAT! I also have never had a plumbing company that did not charge a fee for assessing the situation. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter of North Little Rock and their employees again.\r more

Called on a Saturday afternoon and service was scheduled within the hour. Samuel Mills was my Technician (#611). He was extremely polite and cautious to,keep everything neat and clean. He went to work right away and and had my problem corrected in less than an hour. My bill was actually less than expected. I recommended Samuel Mills and will call and request him to help me with any of my future plumbing needs. Thanks RR; you have an excellent technician in Mr. Mills. more

Excellent service for my emergency drain problems 2/28/2012

I went on-line and scheduled an emergency service because my drains had backed up at my residence. I received a call within 20 minutes and Rodney with Roto-Rooter was at my house within the hour. He was very nice and did a complete assessment, then thoroughly explained what procedures were needed. He offered great advice and had my drains flowing again very quickly. Price was very affordable. I appreciate the 6 month guarantee which gives me peace of mind knowing my drains will continue to flow as they should. Thank you Roto-Rooter, I will recommend your services to all my neighbors and friends. more

Roto Rooter #1 Plumbing Service 8/12/2011

Called Roto Rooter because drain was backing up in the 2nd bathroom when I drained the tub in the 1st bathroom. Roto Rooter gave me a two hour window to show up to repair the problem & called me when they were on their way. The actually showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window. Extremely professional, courteous, & FAST!!! more
