I had a clogged toilet so i called roto rooter. My parents had used roto rooters service in the passed and we were always more then pleased w/ their customer service and techs help. Turn around time is great. I placed the call and in no time my tech Bruce showed up. He was very pleasent, very polite, very helpful. He showed me everything he did, what might be the issue, potential problems, very very thorough. I will not hesitate what so ever to call roto rooter in the future for any of my plumbing needs. Pros: Super Helpful and Quick Cons: Couldnt find any more
