Thank you there was a problem with my tank they I called they came in no time. They checked out everything fixed the problem and made sure everything was working perfectly.

What I appreciated most about this company was how respectful their workers were to my home. They came in and got the job done in a very short period of time, and when they left is was like they were never there. They cleaned up after themselves and really respected our space. Fixed to Perfection 8/1/2011

I live in a rather old house and the heating and air that has been with the house since before we moved in was on the fritz so we needed to get it fixed. I called Rossoe Energy Systems to have them come and take a look at it and they were able to fix it inexpensively. I will for sure refer people to them. Thank you for all your help. It works great. more

I have been a Rossoe customer since 2007. I just had the original furnace from when the house was built over 60 years ago serviced. Dave, the technician, was great. He was detail oriented and friendly. He explained what he was doing step by step. He replaced a few items and serviced other parts as part of the annual maintenance - no cost since I am signed up with their service contract. Rossoe's service contract is reasonable and I know I would have spent more money over the years for service and repairs if I was not signed up for the contract. Thumbs up for Rossoe and Dave. more

These are they guys who repair my furnace, unfortunately, quite often. I have an old home and my furnace breaks a lot. Good thing Rossoe Energy has really good prices that make it possible for me to keep getting it repaired. They're really great guys too. I highly recommend. more

Simple and pleasant; two words to describe my experience with Rossoe Energy. After they fixed my problem they took the time to clean up after themselves. It's like they were never here....sort of, it was a lot warmer after the problem was fixed. :) more

The Service Contract is Worth It 7/8/2011

They are always quick to return my call and have a 24/7 answering service. I am signed up with their service contract. Rossoe's service contract is reasonable and I know I would have spent more money over the years for service and repairs if I was not signed up for the contract. more

My Furnace's Best Friend 7/8/2011

I have to say that the service contract HAS come in handy. They have performed regular annual maintenance on my furnace twice (at no cost) and recently did a $500 repair at no charge because of the service contract. Despite my doubts about bio-fuels as a truly sustainable alternative to oil, I appreciate being able to select the bio-diesel mix as an option for now. Rossoe, is my furnace's best friend. more

The techs have always been prompt, respectful, and appear to be competent as 'ole Thelma Thermapride is humming along beautifully. I also really like the office staff. They are super friendly, efficient and organized. Overall, great service and highly recommended. more

I can always depend on Rossoe to do a great job. Everyone is extremely organized, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciate that they keep my family warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The service contract makes everything easier- we don't even have to pay extra for annual maintenance. They're always quick to return my call and help us out ASAP. If I could, I'd give them 6 stars! more
