I don't know how this company stays in business: 1) My parents have a double stone, and the engravings for each were reversed. Although Rose eventually agreed to correct this issue, it was very distressing. 2) Despite promises that the stone would be in place at the time of the unveiling, it was not. We had a service, but no stone. 3) When the stone was eventually delivered, the name was misspelled. Rose promised to correct this, but did not. They have now stopped taking my calls, and we have to pay another company to have a completely new stone done.
