Rooter Wizard

Kaden performed a sewer jet after conducting a sewer line scope a few weeks ago. He had to go through my house rather than the roof vent due to the way my house is plumbed, and he took the care to keep the task as clean as possible. He laid tarps from my doorway to the sewer cleanout in the basement, and he took extra time to clean up after he was finished. He also replaced the cap on the cleanout that was no longer effective due to worn threading for no additional charge. I priced sewer jetting around town and Rooter Wizard is by far the most competitive. Kaden is a professional and takes the time to do the job right. I'll only use this company going forward. more

This was our first time using the services of Rooter Wizard. They cleaned out our main drains and a couple of sink drains. They were great to work with! Their technicians were very prompt in arriving. They were very professional and courteous. Their prices were great.We would definitely call them back if we needed to! more

Rooter Wizard did a very good job and that's reason I am doing this review, I would not otherwise. I had another plumber out who is from a big company that I called all the time but I was not satisfied with their services or with their prices. So, Rooter Wizard were recommended to me by someone else and the guy that came out took care of my problem, he was nicer and more courteous than the other people and he didn't try to take advantage of people in a bad situation. Their prices were fair, they were knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them to any one in the same situation. They did a very good job and I want them to know that their customers appreciate it. more

Jedd has always been knowledgeable and honest when he comes to do work for me. He doesn't try to talk me into unnecessary work and always has been very reasonable in my price comparisons. I don't even check anymore. I know he's the best! more

I had a backed up toilet. I called and they came within 15 minutes. Kayden was able to determine my mainline was blocked and was able to Roto it clean and clear. He was clean, professional, and nice. The service was fast. I would recommend again. more

Jeff came to scope a line. Said I had no problems. 3 weeks later my basement floods. I call him to request that he check out the pipes again and see what he may have missed. I asked him to stand by his work. He tells me he's not interested in doing any work he's not paid for. I've done two paid jobs with him in 6 months and he's not willing to come run diagnostic on a line he told me was clean 3 weeks ago. He was rude. He is selfish. And if he can't stand by his work, why would I stand by him? I would never recommend Jeff to anyone. RESPONSE FROM Rooter Wizard: I'm very sorry Brandon your sewer backed up. I think there may have been a misunderstanding on what our camera service is. Our first job with you we found a completely broken pipe Which would require repair or replacement. The second job had no broken pipe but did have some root penetration and flat spots in line also possible shared line. I was sorry to here that you did not watch the video that we made for you, where comments were made. I've sent you another link an hope you will review it again. I'm also apologetic if I came across as rude but you told me I could only answer yes or no and I'm still not sure what you wanted me to do. I hope you got the video and will review it or give me a another call and I will go over it with you. more

He arrived early and installed a water heater for a fair price. I'll call him again. Why is the most recent review from 2014? That made me a little hesitant but it turned out great. Online it's hard to find mostly positive reviews. It's hard to please everyone. Rooter Wizard simply just seems to do a good job and that's why the reviews are positive. I'm happy. more

Rooter Wizard replaced a water mane for us. They did a great job, and they got it done quickly. They had to tear apart the yard to do it, but they put it back together and made it perfect by the time they were done. We were very satisfied. more

The plumber from Rooter Wizard was nice and on time. He was an associate of my son, who's also a plumber, so he gave me a discount. However, my son told me what the job should have cost, and I thought the price they charged was a little high. I was very satisfied with the work, though! more

I called Rooter Wizard to describe my plumbing situation to them, and they quoted a price over the phone. But when they came out and looked at the problem, they said they could actually do the work for less! The technicians spent a lot of time fixing the issue for a very good price. My experience with Rooter Wizard plumbing and draining service has been excellent. The technicians who came to do the job were absolutely polite and courteous, treated me with the utmost respect and overall I have nothing but good things to say about the service provided. The servicemen came immediately after I called which was amazing, and the job was done in a quick and efficient manner. I would absolutely recommend their services to anybody in the local area looking for a dependable plumber with a reputable history, and I myself will continue to use them in the future as needed be, which hopefully won't be anytime soon but you never know. more

I used them after another company scammed me. Rooter Wizard refused to write a letter stating that the clog should have been removed by the first company and was not. more

I hired a different company and when the entire drain system backed up the following day I called in Scott from Rooter Wizard. He ran the two side drains and got them fixed quickly, then I ran water down the drain that had been fixed.... The entire thing started backing up and he busted out the big machine. 100 feet later out and in, we found the culprit. A bunch of cloth the other guys should have gotten and did not. more

I already know I want Rooter Wizard to come back out next year for some more maintenance work. Jeff is a great guy! He is very knowledgeable, so he doesn't stand there and ask a bunch of questions. He can get the job done quickly, efficiently, and without any hassle. more

Rooter Wizard was figuring out some root issues we had. The first time around it didn't totally get all the roots, but the second time it appears that it has. This is about our third experience with them. Our service guy, Scott, was good. They were on time the day that I needed them and they finished quickly. I would recommend them. more

I called Rooter Wizard at the recommendation of a friend of mine after I had a sewer pipe back up in my basement and Jeff had a guy here in an hour after I called. I have been using Rooter Wizard for years. I call Jeff every time I need a service call. I don't catch him every time but I use him when I can. He is very prompt in getting out here when we need him. he's efficient and knows what he's doing. more

We had had flooding in our basement and waited until Monday to call a plumber because we knew it would be so much more expensive on a weekend. The plumber from Rooter Wizard came out and assessed the situation. He knew what needed to be done and came back to drain it. That seemed to remedy the problem. He was professional and friendly.
