I recently bought a new car from Rogers Auto Group (dealt with Derrick, David, & Charles) and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied. I was a pretty shrewd car buyer; I knew exactly what I wanted and I was having all the online salespeople in the region compete for my business in the most non-emotional, cut-throat manner possible. Of all the quotes I received, Rogers had the best price by at least $300. I showed the quote to other dealers and their reactions varied from disbelief, shock, anger, to even warnings about how Rogers must be trying to scam me. One dealer said Rogers was giving me that price in order to just get me in the door, and to then pull one over on me in some way. Needless to say I was very skeptical and on the defensive upon arriving, but the experience was great. Right upon arriving, Derrick shook my hand and said, ""Well, we've already agreed on the figure, so I'm going to give you to Charles here and he'll take you through the rest."" Price never again came up! I ended up paying exactly the out-the-door price they quoted me. In general I was really pleased with their professionalism, honesty, patience, and general good manner. I'd send anyone to Rogers in the future - thanks guys!
