Rodeway Inn & Suites O'Hare South

This hotel is very well run from the managers to the staff.\r \r I am a Platinum Choice Club Member. My work territory includes Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and now Illinois.\r \r I have stayed here a total of 4 nights and have had very good service every time.\r \r This past week I had a special request from the staff that I even felt was asking too much.\r \r I called ahead and told them that I would need them to accept 33 (4foot tall) boxes for me. They said it would be no problem at all and UPS delivered. \r \r I told them to call me the second the boxes came and they did. They had all 33 boxes waiting for me when I arrived in the entrance way.\r \r Solely because of their help, I was able to maximize to work trip.\r \r Every member of this staff helped.\r \r The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large.\r \r I will be staying here on my future trips to IL. more

We just got back from Chicago and stayed at the Comfort Inn O'Hare South - Upon check-in we were greeted at the front desk with a smiley face from the staff and stay in room#316 - A standard Non-smoking room with two queen size beds, color tv and a ice cold air condition. Our 1st night - the tv did not work and there was no extra towels in the room nor shampoo or soap; but, one phone call to the front desk and we had a maintance man up in less than 5 minutes - also the desk clerk called to confirm the repair man and delivered us more towels and extra goodies to accomidate all in our party and more. We booked on-line thru Priceline and got a terrific rate. Slept very well thru the night - noise free - sturdy beds and the room was clean as a whistle. The breakfast was good and a nice treat to have eggs and sausage and fruit was available. The staff was friendly and professional & bilingual. I have read a lot of the reviews from this hotel and don't agree with most but have travel a lot and learn to repect the reviews of others and this place is top notch. This hotel is defintely family friendly and the indoor pool and hot tub was clean and debre free. Also the hot tub was very hott and a great place to soak in after a long day of subways and walking thru downtown Chicago. My fiance and I stayed there the night before he had surgery. The location was perfect for getting to the hospital in the morning. The beds were the most comfortable things I've ever slept on at a hotel! We will definitely be staying again for his next surgery! more

My flight was cancelled due to the awful weather a couple weeks ago, so I stumbled upon this hotel. Having no reservation and being on a weekend I was doubtful, but thankfully the staff was extremely helpful.\r \r The rates were reasonable, and the rooms were great. So clean and the temperature was perfect. They didnt even give me attitude when I called down for a carry out menus and extra towels! :))\r \r I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area and will be recommending this hotel to my traveling friends! more

This is an older hotel but it is kept cleen and is comfortable. Monica is the best! Very nice and helpfull. Beds are comfy more

I stay there usually 2-3 times a year and always enjoy this place. I travel there for business, because they are located only 10 minutes from O'hare where I work. I always ask for the room away from the street to avoid the noise. The room is always excelent. Sometimes I get a chance to use their swimming pool and the jacuzzi. There is always free and fast internet access. The breakfast is also great with many choices. My favourite items are wafles and their biscuits and gravy. The front desk service is excelent, you should ask for Monica she will take good care of you. Also they work with Victoria resteurant which serves great food and ofers discounts for Comfort Inn guests. more

We were from out of town for a funeral in Franklin Park. We were satisfied with the rooms which were clean and on the side away from the traffic. The breakfast room was clean. There was a good selection of breakfast items including juice and fruit. more
