I am not sure what the lady below is talking about, but I got 40 percent for all of my consigned clothes and the lady does a good job not taking just anything. She really tries to only take good, taken care of, high ended labels that she knows will sell easier. She also got me a really good deal on two authentic gucci purses with proof of authenticity. She doesn't sell fakes either and will go the extra length to verify authenticity. She has never questioned me on what I was going to do with the clothes and was really informed about almost every piece she carries in her store.. The lady below just sounds a little different reguardless and probably just a rude lady to begin with. I only say this because after shopping in almost all the consignment stores in San Diego from Act 2, Buffalo Exchange and Sentimental Values I really do think she has the most high ended labels out of all the stores I have been to. She has honest seeming employees and I got a St. John there for 160 dollars. T
