So far, my experience with them is as follows:\r

They had the machines I wanted, *In stock*,when literally no one else did. Most places couldn't even GET them in less than 2 weeks.\r
They were also CHEAPER than other stores' regular prices, and their delivery and haul-away charges were lower than all but two other places.\r

So I e-mailed at midnight one night to enquire about the too-good-to-be-true "in stock, up to 7 days for delivery" claim on the website.\r

I had a reply waiting for me when I woke up (!) the very next morning saying that not only was it true that they were in stock, they could be delivered the following day. And so they were.\r

I was given a 2 hour window for delivery, and they were here within ten minutes of the *beginning* of that window.\r

The machines were a little dinged up, but the guys pointed the damage out to ME, and told me how they were going to make it right before I even had a chance to comment.\r
