Rock-It Pizza & Subs

My food was cold its too expensive their bathrooms are gross. My soda was flat. I am becoming very sick I was an normal buyer im going to allens eatery they stink at rock it and they are stingy there. My chickem even though its temped was pink and cold. My fries were just disgusting and the chili and cheese was cold. I am never going there agian. more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Every time I've ever eaten there, I've become ill. I have known *several* people who have gotten seriously ill after eating their food. Because of this I decided to check their health inspections. This past inspection in July of 2013, cited 16 health violations. This is just one comment directly from the inspector: FLAT OF RAW SHELL EGGS WERE SITTING ON TOP OF PACKAGED READY TO EAT LUNCHMEATS WITH 1 CRACKED LEAKING EGG IN FLAT. EGGS WERE MOVED AND PACKAGED MEAT BELOW CRACKED EGG WAS RE-WRAPPED. They have failed several inspections so I'm not sure why the facility is still able to serve food. Worse yet, Newberry Elementary School uses them for their pizza parties. Yuck. They should be shut down. I've also been told of them using old food from their lunch truck for their restaurant. They've had other restaurants but they've been shut down. Hmm. Wonder why? more

They screwed up my order...while i waited, they screwed up an order for a table sitting in there...gave them full pepperoni when they wanted half...the blond girl behind the counter told her to pick them off half...wow...how is this place still in business? more

We get pizza from Rock-It once a week. Love it! It's inexpensive and always delicious. We always pick up so I can't comment on delivery. They have never told us more than 15-20 minutes for pick up. We have gotten food other than pizza - subs, fries, and bolis - and the food is good - you get a lot of it - but it is a little pricey. We just stick with that they do best... pizza!! more

1) The food is below average. 2) The food is expensive 3) They charge you for delivery, and that money doesn't go to the driver. It winds up costing you about 50% to get a couple of pizzas delivered after the ""delivery charge"" and tip. 4) They have a myspace page with specials and coupons, but didn't even know it's out there (or so they just told me)! I just spent 5 minutes on hold while they tried to figure out whether they would give me the $2 discount or not. Then, she told me that she would do me a favor and honor it this time, but that I should know that the employee that made the myspace page hasn't worked there for a couple of years (begs the question...WHY is it still out there and a top hit in google???) Do you really want to patron a business that doesn't even care enough to address advertisements on the web that are out-of-date? By doing this, they disrespect YOU, the customer. Don't bother with them. more

They pizza is good. I recommend the subs, stromboli and fries. They have a nice variety of italian choices. They are not bad on time for delivery. If you live in the delivery area be sure to get a menu so you can try the variety of items they have. Pros: Good subs, stromboli and fries Cons: Don't accept checks. Cash or Credit cards only more

they have some of the best subs of all time. get a whole sub and it will seriously last you 2 days. pizza and sides are awesome as well more

Took forever for delivery I understand they get busy but waited over 2 hrs and when we called to complain they didnt even care will never eat there again more
