We have been using Rochester Hills Tire for years. They always try to please the customer and do what's right. I had a tpms sensor fail, they found the problem and installed a new one in less than an hour even though they were extremely busy. more

Outstanding Customer Service! 3/31/2014

My daughter hit a major pothole that caused both her tires to blow out. I had the car towed to Rochester Tire and quite frankly had no idea what to do after that, as my husband usually handles these things. John, the manager, showed me the damage and told me what needed to be done in a very straightforward manner that made me feel confident that my daughter's car would be in good hands and utterly safe for her to drive again - that's priceless. The repairs were performed quickly and we had her car back in a timely manner. I would recommend this business to anyone! more

Cant thank you enough 3/17/2014
