Good Communication and Service 1/18/2016

Took our vehicle in for an oil change, and although I arrived soon after the facility opened, there were quite a few customers ahead of me. I got an honest estimate of waiting time, then went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast! Since it was quite cold, an employee drove my vehicle right up to the door. I like that the tires were checked and all vehicles fluids were filled. more

Took vehicle in for a non-working washer fluid pump. Turned out it had somehow gotten unplugged and they plugged it back in and it worked fine. They also took the initiative to change a burned out brake light. Awesome, honest, and fair. Love this place. more

I woke up to a flat tire. After calling around to a few other tire places who told me the wait times would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours, I remembered Firestone in Rochester and called them. They have a fast working and productive crew who had me in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. Very appreciative to not have to miss getting to work on time! more
