Dr. Minch and his staff are very caring and professional. Going to the dentist use to be at the top of my list with "things I hate the most". However, since meeting Dr. Minch and his staff I feel like I come to see old friends. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. His experience and dedication to dentistry is above all the rest. He is the best dentist that I have ever gone to. more

I had heard that Dr. Minch's office was the best in town but I didn't really get it until I experienced it for myself. The staff is a group of the nicest people that i have ever met and they all made me feel that my comfort was truly important to them. Dr. Minch spent a lot of time talking with me to see what my concerns were and then I had the most thorough exam that i have ever had. I can't wait to move ahead and get my front teeth fixed because I know that they will look amazing!!!! more

Everything written in Baltimore Magazine's "Top Dentists 2010" and more. Great location with plenty parking; professional/friendly staff; fun office atmosphere; Doctor Minch greeted me in the waiting room; we had a consultation before any work was started; high-tech doc took pics of teeth to document any before and after work; hygienist was thorough and gentle; after exam, doc and I met again to discuss the pics which were up on a 20" monitor (my teeth on the big screen ... ugh). Doctor Minch with his dental assistant, hygienist, office manager and high-tech dental equipment is worth the out-of-network extra expense. On the way out the door, there is not a treasure chest full of plastic toys, but there is a tray full of fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies and a latte machine. Lastly... to the ladies, too much candy is not good for your teeth, but there is no such thing as too much eye-candy and that, ladies, is what you will see with Doctor Minch. more
