poor dentist - great hygenist 5/9/2011

The hygenist was perfect, and did a great job. She spent a great deal of time, and did a good job of recoding comments and requests. The Dr. announced he would take a quick look, because he had someplace to go, and did not address the requests or questions fro both the hygenist or the patient. Not really sure if I will continue to be a patient. You can bet that I already got the invoice. more

My problem was solved! 3/24/2011

Dr Minch went out of his way to enable solution to an implant/screw problem. He left the office, drove to the lab, and returned with the necessary screw to replace the broken component. He is my hero. I suffered for more than a week awaiting his return from a teaching assignment. He solved my problem when others failed. more

I was completely blown away at how open, warm and friendly Dr. Minch and the entire staff were! The entire staff was extremely welcoming, and I felt instantly comfortable in the office. I really felt that Dr. Minch genuinely cared about my care. When he determined that I needed to see an implant specialist he got on the phone and helped me get an apointment for the next day! The whole staff really makes you feel that they are foing everything in their power to make sure you are taken care of. more
